RMO E and M Services at UTCS Bldg. Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara Delhi. (Sub Head- Comprehensive maintenance and operation of Video Projection System, Audio Visual System and Stage Lighting System installed at Auditorium at UTCS Building.)

Comprehensive maintenance of Video Projector System, Sound reinforcement system and Stage lighting system and Stage Lighting System installed at UTCS Building, Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi including replacement of consumable spares like Projector Lenses, Video Data Switch, MIC adopters, lamp of stage lighting system, dimmers, power cable, extension boards etc. (as per attached list of inventory) as required at site. The comprehensive maintenance of work involves two nos. visit per month and on call to attend to complaints as and when required as per site requirement for checking, testing and operation of above mentioned systems.

Operation of Sound System, video Projection System and Stage Lighting System on per day per shift as and when required. The minimum staff to be deputed is as follows: - a) Audio Visual System Operator – 2 Nos. b) Audio Visual System Helper – 1 No.
