SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I : BOQ OF WORKS FOR DG SET, SOLAR WATER HEATER, RO WATER PLANT, UPS WORKS.

DG SET

Servicing of DG Set of 200 KVA Size, Make- Kirloskar , Servicing include, checking of entire system as per manufacturer's catalogue such as checking all parts for serviceability, taking down defective parts such as fuel filter assembly , air cleaner assembly, lubricating oil, hose flexible pipe , hose turbo etc and replacing the same with same size , same make and same capacity of parts along with cleaning all the serviceable filters with cleaning solution such as petrol and draining out the old used burnt engine oil from the oil sump and cleaning oil sump with suitable cleaning solution such as petrol and diesel or any other cleaning solution and refilling new engine oil grade 15W/40 upto required level and including testing to DG Set to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in- Charge. Note : Repalcement of items mentioned in the servicing will be measured and paid separately under items Sr No 3.10 to 3.80 (b) Servicing will carried out through authorized service engineer of OEM . Contractor has to submitt the MOU with OEM or authoirzes service centre by OEM to accepting officer before commencement of contract .

Servicing of self starter after taking down the self starter from DG Sets of capacity 200/125/50/30 kVA , transporting to workshop, opening the same and replacing the defective parts/winding including testing after repair/ servicing and refixing in original position complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of old V belt set with new V belt set ( for fan & alternator) for 30/50/62.5/125/200/ KVA DG set of make Kirloskar/CG/Cummins etc all as per existing requirement complete all as specified and directed

Sealed Maintenance free (SMF) lead acid type (SMF) 12 volts 180 AH battery complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Exide/ TATA GREEN/AMARON

Replacement of old locks with new locks for sound proof canopy Note: Make of lock shall be as per recommendation of OEM

SOLAR WATER HEATER

Repair/maintenance/ Servicing and checking of defects of storage type solar water heater of capacity 100/200/500/1000 litre at different locations by disconnecting inlet/outlet connections and painting of solar water stand and water tank stand with black weather proof paint along with repair of foundation and replacement of electric cable as per site requiement including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of Old Hot water tank of any capacity with new Hot water tank of capacity 100 LPD for solar water heater made out of premium grade stainless steel , inner coating with high grade anit corrosive coating , outer cladding .45mm galvanised ron with PP powder coating all as specified and directed.

RO Water plant

Comprehensive Maintenance,Servicing,Repair/Replacement of defective/unsv parts of RO Plant having purity capacity of 50 litres per hour. Checking and testing of the RO shall be done for the period of 03 month. Contractor will be responsible for serviceability of each RO during the month complete all as specified and directed. Make : Waves/Aquafresh/Ion Exchange/ Aquaguard Note:- Unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid seperately under the item Sr No 39.10 to 40.20

Preventive Maintainance of UPS cum voltage regulator 2x20 KVA, 415 Volt, 50 Hz by the authorised service Engineer of UPS, the equipment will be checked / inspected any time for detecting and certified the fault during the 06 month complete all as specified. Note: Rates are deemed to be included in the item rates for the following service,and servicing will be carried out quarterly during the contract period:- (a) Ensure equipment is clean where approriate. (b) Visual inspection of the UPS. (c) Check all re-set, where necessary relevant present adjustment. (d) To rectify any apparent fault, where immediately possible, records other for later rectificatuion. (e) To taking of electrical measurement to established the operation state of the UPS. (f) Check setting of adjustable device. (g) Visual inspection of UPS batteries. (h) Checking for correct and accurate operation of all instruments. (j) Record total voltage of battery under float condition. (k) Check each battery voltage once during the contract period. (l) Cost of all spare parts included in the item rate quoted except. wound component AC/DC capacitor, Fan and batteries. (M) Cheacking and installation of Software and hardware program if necessory with proper othorised dealer of UPS company, rate of software and hardware included in above job rate

Replacement and Installation of Old unserviceable SMF type battery with new SMF type battery of 12 volt 42 AH having same make and model existing at site, connecting each other, with suitable size of copper plate/bracket at existing place and including taking down old unserviceable battery, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Exide/Amaron/Luminious or equivalent.

Amount of Schedule of credit of RS 43,742.00 mentioned in Tender documents shall be deducted from quoted amount.
