1 Annual Maitenance Contract for

following rating UPS connected with

Server unit and computer system for

constant/ un interrupted power supply

with 30 minutes battery breakup The

rate offered should be only for

servicing, checking of all the following

UPS whole system. The servicing

should be carry out every two months

and in case of fault, your technician

should be attend immediately. The

replacement of spares if any shall be

done as extra cost.

2 Your technician shall be attend once in 12.00 Month 4,800.00

a week for checking of battery breakup

of all the UPS unit properly as well as

load changeover to the battery. And

report the incharge engineer in

prescribed format provided by

department. If not attended, Rs. 500/-

per attempt should be deducted from

the servicing bill.
