PROVISION OF METERING CT AT MES 110 KV SUBSTATION AND KSEB WILLINGTON ISLAND SUBSTATION AT NAVAL BASE KOCHI

Supply, installation of metering CT Hemetically sealed, Outdoor, Oil cooled, single Phase, Wound Primary Type, Live Tank type, single Core, Current Transformer with polymer Insulators, having creepage distance of 25 mm/Kv i.e 3075 mm (min), having CT Ratio of 70/01 Amps, Rated burden of 15 VA, 0.2S accuracy class, Rated continuous thermal current to be 120% of the primary current, 50 Hz rated frequency, STC of 40 kA for 1 second, voltage level of 110 KV, effectively earthed system, confirming to IS 16227 including NABL accredited Lab testing, testing, commissioning of CTs by KSEB TMR Division laboratory including bus bar extension/alteration if required for installation of new CTs all as specified and as directed. Note:- 1. The contractor need to liason with KSEB TMR division and other KSEB officers, payment of testing charges, re-commissioning charges, transportation charges for factory/lab visit and supervision charges of KSEB etc to be done by the contractor through the quoted rate of this item without any extra cost. 2. The Metering CT's of both 110 KV substation Naval base kochi and 110 KV substation willingdon island, KSEB have to be replaced by the contractor and the old CT's removed should be deposited to MES Store all as directed. 3. The existing earthings of CT has to be disconnected while replacement and the same has to be re-connected to the new CT after installation.

Taking down existing ABT type energy meter from MES 110 KV Substation and KSEB Wellington island substation and transporting to OEM factory at any location within India for recalibraiton of the energy meters as per the new CT ratio and accuracy and reconnection of energy meters after calibration all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of existing metering CT at 110 KV substation Naval Base and 110 KV Wellingtion Island KSEB and deposit to E/M Yard or where directed by Engr-in-Charge.
