Inspection / checking of street light fittings and High mast lights( up to 16 mtr high) , such as T5 FTL 4X24/40/36 Watt, HPSV/HPMH fitting 400W(indoor and outdoor type) and flood light 400 watt in Indoor stadium, LED light all type & any wattage( flood and roadway luminaries) and post top light fitting etc. for finding faults, including thorough cleaning of acrylic perpex cover and refixing the same in existing position after carrying out necessary repair/replacement of parts, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Detection & rectification of fault in over head / underground line shall be done by the contractor & cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of above item. (ii) Spare parts required will be measured and paid separately in relevant item of schedule. (iii) Contractor will provide one electrician and two helpers along with 24 step bamboo ladder or sky lifter vehicles for repairing day to day complaints and report to JE E/M I/C or engr-in-charge of External Elect Section.

M & L in replacement for bracket made out of GI tubing 40 mm dia, light grade 1.5 mtr long including fixing with MS clamps -2 Nos made out of 50mm wide 5mm thick flat iron with M.S nuts bolts 75 mm long 12 mm dia with -4 Nos & flat washer (3mm thick) 01 No for each including painting with aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide to the M.S clamps & bracket etc complete.

Supply & fix Junction box of size 255x355x122 mm with 32 Amps MCB SPN with the help of MS nuts bolts and MS clamps-1 Nos of size 40mm X 5mm thick with one No MCB SP 6 Amp capacity and PVC 2.5 sqmm TC copper wire up to 7.5 mtr length for connection of security light from junction box to light fitting and includes making suitable hole on existing pole to take out connections to fitting if required at site. S & F in replacement of u/s panel with new street light timer panel including astronomical digital timer, contactor single phase MCB for incomer and outgoing for overload and short circuit protection, 40 Amp, 240 Volt complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches/post holes in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for laying of pipes and for poles/stay and struts not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying river sand for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before lying of cable and 15 cm after lying of cable (total 23 cm) in trenches complete all as specified & directed. ( Note: Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment )

Supply and laying brick protection cable cover using sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat adjacent to each other across the length of cable laid dry complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 50mm bore GI pipe light grade for cable protection ISI marked with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors.

M&L for 40mm bore GI pipe light grade for cable protection ISI marked with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors.

M & L in re placement of damaged steel/PCC pole with new steel tubular poles in true vertical (or to be planted as strut) complete with cast iron base plate 6mm thick 300x300mm, final taper, plug, bolts, nuts & washers as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtr long) confirming to IS-2713 Part II type including re-fixing of removed accessories such as ACSR/AAC conductor, cables, street light fittings, clamps, nuts & bolts etc including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of silver aluminum paint for exposed surface and two coat of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: - Excavation, MS work and PCC work will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) D2 type using 40 mm graded course aggregate for foundation etc.
