Laying and Jointing HDPE Pipe. Heading

Supplying all materials , labour , T&P , complete in all respect for construction of RCC Roof building pump house and construction of compound wall for pump house and construction of approach road alongwith site Development including laying , testing and commissioning of Rising main & Distribution system pipe line such as HDPE , ASTM , GI pipe lines etc. along with required fittings & specials and construction of RCC Valve chambers, individual points for house hold connection , stand alone , installation of Chlorination system , installation of submersible pump with motor in deep Tube well etc. ( Including supply of stand by pump motor ) , internal wiring of pump house , etc. as per detail scope of work & Technical specification , Quantity of work mentioned in section - 5 and in ( Annexure - A to G) . All materials required shall be supplied by the contractor as per terms and condition of DTCN & all dimentions are as per Annexure and direction of Engineer- in -charge. All work shall be completed in such a manner that all house hold of entire village will get required quantity of drinking water with residual head of 7.00 mtr and residual chlorine of 0.20 mg/ ltr without any leakage in the entire PWS System. (Refer Annexure)

Supplying all materials, Labour, Tools & Plants etc. for soil testing, supply of design,drawing, vetted by State Technical Sanction Agency, Construction, erection, testing and Commissioning etc. of 1,00,000 Ltrs. capacity with staging height of 15mtr RCC ESR consisting of minimum 6nos RCC columns and circular dome using CC M25, 4nos ISI marked CI sluice valve, 1no CI NR valve & Brick valve chambers with RCC Cover slab supplying, fitting & fixing of medium grade GI pipe (Tata/Jindal make) of required dia & length from Container to Sluice Valve Chamber , RCC ladder with G.I. Pipe (Medium class) hand rail at both side (Post - 32mm dia,Top rail - 32mm dia, Bottom rail - 20mm dia) upto dome and around the dome outside of walkway and Alluminiyum ladder inside & M.S. ladder outside the Container, lightning arrester, water level indicator, C.I.Puddle collar, 0.6M dia C.I.Man hole cover - 2 nos at dome, RCC vent cover with brass jally, inside plastering (1:4) with punning & painting with 2 coats epoxy paint suitable for drinking water purposes, out side cement paint two coats including one coat primer etc. all complete as per direction of EIC as indicated below: (i) 100mm dia G.I. pipe of medium grade - 40-50Mtrs for connection from ESR to head works including earth work excavation, laying in trenches and refilling the foundation trenches with excavated materials. , (ii) G.I. pipe of medium grade with both side flanged - 70-80mtrs (for inlet, outlet, wash out, over flow etc.) (iii) Fitting & fixing of 100mm dia CI flanged sluice valves-4nos, (iv) Fitting & fixing of 100mm dia CI flanged NR valve-1no, (v) Fitting & fixing of 25mm dia CI(threaded) single Air valve-1no & (vi) Sluice Valve/NR Valve Chamber - 3nos as per the detail drawing and design & DTCN, (vii) Foundation will be filled with sand upto G.L., then 150mm metalling & 50 mm P.C.C.(1:2:4), (viii) Compacted layers of sand and PCC M10 of thickness 150 mm each to be placed below the footing.

Supplying all labour,material & T&P with required design & drawing for construction and commission of 1,00,000 lits capacity 1- No circular flat botton with dom shape RCC Under Ground Reservoir ( UGR ) over 1.00Mt.staging above the ground level including supply of all materials, labour T&P for ( i ) laying of 150/100mm dia CI / M.S Pipes ( Tata/ Jindal Make ) Specials such as Tees, bends etc.inclduing cutting of pipe to required length , all conveyance of pipe & special to site. Providing lights , berriers , threads and labour all complete ( ii ) including testing of joints aal complete ( iii ) fitting & fixing CI flanged Sluice valve/ NR valves/ CI single Air valve of standard make with flanged end with tail pice with supply of jointing materials including cleaning & testing, ( iv ) Construction of brick mesonary chambers for Sluice valves and NR valve all complet total 4 Nos( Inside size of the chamber is 0.90mt x 0.90mt x 1.00 mt (Detail drawing attached) coplete as per the direction of EIC.

The contractor shall maintain the PWS Project for five ( 5 ) calender years from the completion date including defect liability period of one year in such a manner that all the house hold of the PWS Scheme covered area will get ( adepuate ) required quantity of supply water taking supply hour as 8 hour / day without facing any problems. The contractor shallrepair and replace any types of defect arise within 24 Hrs of receipt of complain either from public or from Department. The contractor shall maintain all structure of the PWS Schemes as per terms and conditions of DTCN & Technical spacification mentioned in section - 5 and in Annexure - L
