Replacing old loosened stone slabs of the cladding including removing old stone slabs (at specified locations on walls, columns, parapets beams etc.), providing and fixing in position machine cut, rough finished Dholpur stone slabs (of 30-35 mm average thickness and of varying sizes as per existing design and pattern) facing/ cladding in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 course sand) including providing pointing in cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 sand) mixed with admixture of pigment matching with the colour of the stone; anchoring/ securing the stone slabs in the masonry/ RCC and with adjacent stone slabs with Carbon steel galvanized Anchors of 10 mm dia double threaded 6.8 grade counter sunk head screw comprising of 10 mm dia Polyamide PA6 grade sleeve in Cement mortar 1:2 including making necessary chases, steel scaffolding (suitable for the specified heights of the buildings & safety equipments like safety net, safety belt, helmet, goggles etc. all complete. The item includes removal of excess mortar from the face of the cladding, cleaning, finishing, removal of old, removed stones and stacking them within 50mtrs lead as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. (Payment of Fastener will be made extra under relevant item )

Guniting: Providing and doing 40-50mm thick Guniting on wall and floor on all sides by fixing G.I. weld mesh ( gauge, 100*100 mm wire mesh) by nailing to recieve the gunite to the prepared surface. The characteristic strength of guinite mix shall be 25MPa and placed pneumatically using dry mix process. The rates are inclusive of all material, labour, supervision, & as per directions of E-I-C.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick multilayer polycarbonate sheeting including all the necessary ss screws, covering, plates, nuts, bolts etc.as per direction of engineer.(Epdms, at 1050mm c/c aluminium glazing top & bottom) (swastik, base-durotuff / tufflight) all complete.

Shifting of Water Tanks from Terrace to other Appropriate Locations on same terrace only.

Dismantling & Scrapping of Old Waterproofing Membrane and cleaning the suraface with grinder, wire & jute brush etc. to make it free of dust and loose aggreagates.

Repairing fine hair line cracks by widening the cracks using chisel & hammers, and making grooves and filling of these grooves using polymer modified cement sand mortar of ratio 1:3 admixed with waterproofing polymer @ 200ml per bag of cement.

Dismantling of Old Polycarbonate Sheet roofing, while leaving the steel framing intact.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
