Dismantling of old 200 kVA transformer from the base, removing the the HT and LT busbars after taking shutdown, while taking all safety precautions, emptying the used transformer oil from oil tank and transporting the old transformer with the help of heavy labour and crane as per site requirement to JE store as per the directions of engineer in charge.

Supply of Outdoor, oil cooled type off load tap changer (OCTC) transformer rated for,11 KV (3.3 KV, 6.6 KV) and 400 kVA. Make: Crompton Greaves, Kirloskar/ DJB approved make.It should include the following: 3 Phase, 50 Hz, Copper Wound, two winding, core type transformer, confirming to IS latest, with an active part mounted on top cover/tank mounted and having the following fittings & accessories Fittings: • 1 No. rating and diagram plate • 4 Nos. lifting lugs • 1 No. Oil level indicator with minimum level marking • 2 Nos. thermometer pockets • 1 No. conservator (conventional without air bag) with oil filling hole with cap and drain plug • 1 No. air release plug • 1 No. silica gel breather • 1 No. off circuit tap changer • 4 Nos. bi-directional rollers • Detachable type radiators (epoxy painted only) • First filling of oil (as per IS:335) • Paint (Shade #632 of IS 5) • Explosion Vent • Bottom drain-cum filter valve • Top filter valve Accessories: • 1 No. Buchholz relay with alarm & trip contact • 1 No. dial winding temperature indicator with alarm & trip contact • 1 No. dial oil temperature indicator with alarm & trip contact 1 No. marshalling box • Any other accessories/Fittings as per site Requirement.

Modifying the existing foundation of transformer as per the above transformer and providing and fixing the foundation bolts and making provision of proper earthing of transformer with the help of at least 16 mm thick and 2 cm wide copper strip as per site requirement and directions of engineer in charge

Supply of transformer oil. Make: Savol/ Savita/ DJB approved make

Installation, and commissioning of above transformer at Varunalaya Ph-1 sub station including topping up of oil if required, making all incoming and outgoing connections calibrating of transformer as per site requirement. Also includes testing & checking of IR test with megger of winding & cable of both sides with HI pot machine. This job includes making all connections and providing of any bus bars (both from HT to transformer and from transformer to LT), connections and insulations as required at site, and dehydration and filtration of oil at site. This is a turn key job and it includes any left out items and no additional payment will be made for any left out item and contractor will have to provide the same

Cartage charges for transporting the new transformer to site with the help of heavy labour, crane and including shifting of transformer to the site of work including all tools and tackles

Heating the HT bus bar and removing the moisture and checking the bus bar with meggerring and Hi pot testing. Insulating the bus bar with moisture proof epoxy paint.
