Excavation in Soil with Dozer with lead upto 100 m Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. Prime Coat Low porosity Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam with the use of batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.25% by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. Grading II - 26.5mm nominal size.

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with the use of batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects for Grading-II (bituminous binder @ 5.4 % of mix).

Excavation in foundation for retaining, breast walls etc, in all types of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge, as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 of MORD Specifiction

Road Studs / Cat Eye: Providing and fixing Bi-directional Road Studs (Cat Eye) / Reflective Pavement Marker (RPM) with single body twin shank and plastic body moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (Hi-impact Polystyrene) or ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) or any other suitable material approved by Engineer in charge (Marker must support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280 and Reflective lenses conforming to ASTM D 788 or equivalent) bonded or anchored within the road surface for lane marking and delineation for night time visibility as per Clause No. 1707 of MORD and 804 of MORTH specifications. Direction and Place Identification Signs upto 0.9 sqm Size Board. Providing and erecting direction and place identification sign with corrosion resistant 2mm thick DG Grade Type XI retro- reflective cautionary, mandatory, informatory sign board with 10 year warranty as per IRC:67 made of high intensity sheeting fixed over ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) 3 mm thick (including framing and bracing with fabrication, plotting of letters on Electro cut film, pasting, riveting, taping and nut, bolts, washers and rivets etc for fixing), with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. Note :- 1- Defect Laibilty Period for work done will be 3 Years after actual date of complition. 2- Maintenance to be done by contractor for 3 years after actual date of complition of work for which Payment will be made 0.5% for Ist year, 1.0% for 2nd years & 1.50% for 3rd year over final cost of work done. Maintenance will be done as per maintenance manual of PWD Uttarakhand and relevant code and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge such as (i) Trimming of grass and weeds from the shoulders/berms and disposing off the same to suitable locations. (ii) Maintenance of road side drains including minor slip/malba clearence, reshaping, deepening and regrading as well as catch water drains. (iii) Maintenance of shoulders to the required level by filling/cutting the soil and its compacting including disposal of the surplus material in approved muck disposal point. (iv) Maintenance of scuppers, Causeway & culverts by way of clearing, cleaning, Erosion repair, repairs to cracks, parapet walls and protection works. (v) Maintenance of road signs by way of cleaning and repainting. (vi) maintenance of 200 Metre Hectometer stone, Km stone and 5th km stone by way of refixing of tilted stones, repairing with cement motar, painting and lettering. (vii) Repairing of pot holes and patches with same material for construction or as per direction for Engineer-in charge.

DSR Rate (Rate Including G.S.T. Item No.- 3.01 & 3.02)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Precasting and placing in position 125 mm dia Bollards 600 mm high of required shape including providing M.S. Pipe Sleeve 50 mm dia 300 mm long in the Bollard and M.S. Pipes 40 mm dia and 450mm long with 150x150x6mm M.S. plate welded at bottom and embedded 150mm in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including necessary excavation of size 250x250x450mm deep for the same in bitumen/ concrete pavement at specified spacing.
