Supply and fix in replacement of V belt A-series suitable for exisitng package AC indoor units complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of V belt B series suitable for exisitng package AC indoor units complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for leak testing of package type AC plant of capacity upto 16.5 TR including flushing out old moisturised gas and pressuring with nitrogen gas and kept for 24 hrs as per OEM specifications, vaccumising nitrogen and refilling of refrigent gas complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 1. Supply and charging of Nitrogen and refrigent gas will be measured and paid seperately 2. Empty cylinder will returned to contractor after usage

Material and labour for brazzing/ welding work at refrigerent copper pipe lines (suction/ discharge) and rectify the fault and recharge the refrigerent as desired level in AC units complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Welding material, copper pipe material, welding gas cylinder shall be provided by contractor with his own transport upto near the package AC plants inside Naval Base. (ii) Supply and charging of refrigerant gas will be measured and paid separatel only

Material and labour for dismantling of package AC (capacity upto 16.5 TR) condenser fan motor single phase 240V up to capacity 1 HP taking out of bearing re-metaling the bearing housing, grinding, turning to the required size, cleaning of stator, including rewinding with same gauge copper insulated wire, varnishing, drying, re-assembling the motor to bring in original state including fixing on the foundation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for dismantling of package AC (capacity upto 16.5 TR) condenser fan motor three phase 415 V up to capacity 1 HP taking out of bearing re-metaling the bearing housing, grinding, turning to the required size, cleaning of stator, including rewinding with same gauge copper insulated wire, varnishing, drying, re-assembling the motor to bring in original state including fixing on the foundation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for dismantling of package AC (capacity upto 16.5 TR) blower motor three phase 415 V up to capacity 3 HP taking out of bearing re-metaling the bearing housing, grinding, turning to the required size, cleaning of stator, including rewinding with same gauge copper insulated wire, varnishing, drying, re-assembling the motor to bring in original state including fixing on the foundation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for attending day to day complaints pertains to various package AC plant of any capacity up to 8.75 TR as and when required by Ref-Mech/ Electrician and helper, with necessory T & P for checking the equipment at existing location, find out the faults to the equipments including replacement of minor parts such as decarbonizing, tightning of control cable terminations, cable glands, and end termination, repairing of defective contactors, push switches, MCBs, or any other defective spares crimping of lugs, fuses, wires, nuts, bolts, washers, etc complete and rectification of minor problems to make the plant functional in all respect complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: (i) Any major work identified while attending the above job shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevant item below as supply and fix (ii) Any breakdown/complaints shall be attend and rectify within 6 hrs. If the complaint is not attended and repaired within 12 hrs, penalty of Rs 2000/- per day will be charged.

All as per item No-29 here-in-before, but capacity of package AC Units shall be above 8.75 TR to 16 TR.

Repair to thermal insulation of duct complete with skilled labour and necessary equipments complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) The cost for replacement fo nitrile rubber upto 1 sqm to be included in the above item. (ii) Any addl nitrile rubber required beyond 1 sqm for the repair work, the item will be measured and paid separately. (iii) The quoted rate should be included for necessary T & P and labour.

Taking down any type of false ceiling for AC duct repair work and refix after repair/ arresting of water leaking including all as required accessories and make it good complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Any damages made to false ceiling during execution of the above, the same may be repaired/ replaced by the contractor without any additional cost. (ii) Cost of additional materials required for making it good as per existing surface deemed to include in the quoted rate.

Supply, laying of GI Pipes of 50mm dia, medium grade with all necessary fittings and fixtures laid in trenches/floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc including welding, connecting and painting two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of air cooled floor mounted out door unit (condenser unit) for package AC of capacity upto 8.5 TR or nearest higher availlable capacity, including required foundation for base and installation work as per OEM recommendation with making up good existing walls/ floors with existing foundation and matching with indoor finishes, including suitable electric XLPE cable of size as per OEM recommendations for connecting between indoor, outdoor units and fixed on cable tray complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement timer with coil voltage 230/415V for 3-30 sec range complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Sub Zero suitable for operating package units of capacity upto 8.5 TR complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for servicing of chilller/ condensor pump of capacity up to 5 HP including disconnecting & dismantling, replacement of unserviceable bearings, water seal, gland bush, suitable gaskets/ rubbers, nut bolts, terminal box and gland packing including re-assembling, painting and refixing in the same location complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

All as per item No 37 here-in-before, but 7.5 HP to 10 HP capacity.

Material and labour for servicing/ repairing of pump starter panel of capacity up to 5 HP (DOL) of chiller/ condensor pump/ CT motor/ compressor motor in AC plants, including decarbonizing, tightning of control cable terminations, cable glands and end termination crimping by attending with skilled electricians and helper, with neccessary T & P for checking and make functional at various locations in Naval Base Kochi complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge Note: (i) Any major work identified while attending the above job shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevant item below as supply and fix (ii) Minor spares up to Rs. 200 per unit shall be included in the above quoted rate
