Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 100HP ATS (Modular control panel) using appropriate means of transport viz., Load carrier upto a lead of 35Km per trip.

Isolating and disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing leads from autotransformer starter. Taking out the damaged autotransformer coil assembly from oil tank.

Servicing and reconditioning of all electrical parts of FASD Starter panel viz., contactors, meters, single phase preventer, busbar, timers etc with the application of petrol by high pressure jet gun to remove dirt, grit, grime and water moisture. Then applying chemical acetone and drying up of all electrical items in heating chamber. The job is to be executed by skilled workers with required tools viz., soft brushes, blowers and driers.

Servicing, cleaning and reconditioning of auto-transformer copper coil with the application of petrol by high pressure jet gun to remove dirt, grit, grime and water moisture, then keeping the coil into the hot oil bath in heating room. The job to be carried out by skilled workers.

Complete retaping of auto-transformer coil by required tapings and insulation material after extracting the coil from the oil bath.

Providing and filling of standard specific gauge of fresh T. oil for 2 No. starters
