Detailed survey of the area along the alignment of the proposed ROB/ bridge using total station, including plotting of L-section & Cross section in a length up to 500 mtr. on each side of the proposed ROB (for all the Four Legs from Junction) at 10 mtr. intervals grid along with indicating bench mark/ refereance points at interval of 50 mtr. & submission in hard and soft copy with preparation of general arrangement drawing (GAD) of ROB as per RDSO and Morth standards up to full satisfaction and norms of Railway & PWD Department, submission of GAD in soft (Autocad & PDF both format) & hard copy (4 Set including 1 set on Tracing cloth/ film A0 Size) including approval of GAD from Railway department. (Party has to made corrections as and when desired by railway or the department as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge till the GAD is approved by the Railway authorities concerned)

Detailed sub surface/ soil investigation as per standards laid in IS/ IRC/ MoRTH references to determine the soil classification, Particle size distribution, shear strength parameters, permeability where dewatering is expected, compressibility, density, void ratio, moisture content, nature & type of rock where met with and bearing capacity including depth of water table, artesian conditions, if any, & the quality of ground water. Sub surface investigation shall include collection & testing of disturbed/ undisturbed soil samples at 1.5m interval or any other suitable intervals (particularly at bed level, scour level, foundation level & at every point of change of soil strata) complete as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge along with SPT (static penetration tests) or Dynamic cone penetration test at suitable intervals at predetermined locations of bore holes at each of the abutment locations & other foundation locations (or as decided by the engineer in charge). Depth of sub surface exploration shall be based on the anticipated foundation level as prescribed in relevent IRC codes/ MoRTH Specifications. This work shall include conducting of all relavent test with submission of test result in standard format including bore log data required to design a open/ deep foundation for a high level bridge/ ROB. The complete process to collect samples corrosponding to one predetermined point, laboratory testing & submission of results complete as above shall constitute 1 job for the work & payment shall be made according to no. of jobs completed actually (Minimum depth for a bore hole shall be up to 25 Mtr. from the ground level).

Detailed structural design with preparation of detailed drawings with proof checking from structural department of NIT’s/ IIT’s/ Faculty of Govt. Engineering College/ Railway Deptt etc. as per the GAD submitted/ Approved by Railway department. This job shall include design of all RCC/ Steel structure including founadation, substructure, superstructure, approaches, protection works and all other components (i.e. Electric & water supply services, service road, drainage arrangement, Joints and Protection work etc.) involved in project with preparation of detailed cost estimate based and BOQ on current schedule of rates applicable with market rate analysis as per standard draft of Non BSR Items if any, with detailed drawings having reinforcement and other details complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge and as per relavent RDSO/ MORTH/ IRC/ Indian standards and submitting report and design and drawings with DPR in soft and Hard copy (4 Set). (All Detail drawing shall be in appropriate readable size of A3/ A2 Size).
