Earthing with Copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thickness and copper strip 25 mm X 6 mm to be terminated on copper plate at two places with GI bolt nuts with spring and plate washers.The copper strip to be routed on to the top of the chamber through 4 inches GI pipe. The earth pit should be preferably 900 mm X 900 mm (3ft X 3ft) and depth 10 feet or 3 metres shall be excavated. The copper plate to be buried at depth of 9 feet including all accessories, and providing inspection chamber (concrete box) 300 mm X 300 mm X 300 mm (inside dimension) with lid cover plate approximately 50 mm thick with pulling hook, watering pipe of 2 Inches, 2.7 metre long and pipe should be drilled in Zig Zag manner.Suitable chemical powder of required quantity (60kg) of earthing compound (EXCEL compound or equivalent),25 kg crystal salt and 25 kg Charcoal/ superior materials should be used to improve soil condition.Earthing over all ressistance should be less than 1 ohm and it shall be measured by an approved earthing apparatus.The bidder should provide test certificate as a proof of measurement and value of specified earth ressistance.The succesful Bidder should provide drawing of earth pit arrangement planned.Earthing systems shall be kept in performance check for a minimum period of 1 year and preffered 2 years from the date of commissioning.Second year value the bidder needs to specify in quote.The earthing syatem should be as per the applicable IS/ISO standards.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 6 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supply and laying one number of the 8 SWG good quality bare copper wire along the cable with connections etc. as required

Supplying and fixing cable details tags using Aluminium sheet of size 10 cm X 3 cm X 2 mm or nearest size on the existing cable.

Supplying and fixing the identification details of cables and Distribution boards details with vinyl stickers on existing panel board & DB etc. as required

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Submission of as fitted drawing in Autocad and pdf format along with physical copy of the same in the format and standard to get the approval from electrical inspectorate.(along with seal,signature and license details) etc as required.
