Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50m.

Cement Concrete with 40mm gauge stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in proportion 8:4:1 in foundation including cartage and supply of all materials,labours,T&P etc. complete for proper completion of work.

Cement concrete with 20mm gauge stone ballast,coarse sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including cartage and supply of all materials,labours,T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

20mm thick plaster with 1:6 cement and sand mortar including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. complete for proper completion of work.

Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar, in breast walls, retaining walls, parapets, scuppers, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc. complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 702, 704, 1202 & 1203 of MORD specifications.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement pillars,piers,abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring in 1:1.5:3(1cement :1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete Using Thermo-Mechanically Treated Bars

Design, testing bearing capacity of soil ,supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc and construction of R.C.C. CWR of following capacities (KL) with M.S. ladder outside & inside of the tank, M.S.M.H. cover with locking arrangement, supply and fixing of outlet, overr flow and wash out pipes with necessary sluice valves, pipe pieces (including cost of materials) flooring 0.60 M wide apron, painting with approved water proofing (apex) / enamal paint, testing, filling water for testing purpose etc. including supply of vertical pipes and specials, assuming bearing capacity as 8MT/M2 .

Providing of all materials, carting from site store to site of work, laying & jointing of G.I.(M) screwed pipes (including supply of all jointing materials like specials, white lead, hemp and oil etc.) in trenches with its cutting, threading and testing of pipe line etc complete.
