Experience of the organization participating in tender/Bidder should have 03 years experience in the last 5 financial year 2020-2021 2021-22 2022-23 2023-24 2024-25) in Water Sports in beaches/Boating/Allied Services(Government Tender Participation in Karnataka)

Certified of the Income Tax Returns Individual / Partnership for the Assessment Years 2023-24 (Financial Year-2022-23), 2024-25 (Financial Year-2023-24), 2025-26 (Financial Year-2024-25)

Turnover: The Bidder must have a minimum average annual turnover of Rs 1.00 Crore during the last three (03) Financial years A minimum turnover of Rs 3.00 Crore or above in the immediately preceding financial year(Tourism-related activities like watersports, hotel/resorts/restaurant & hospitality services ) A certified copy of the turnover statement issued by the Chartered Accountantshould be enclosed with a valid UDIN number

Certified Copies of the GST Returns Individual / Partnership (Filed monthly / quarterly) for the financial years:2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25

A Valid certified copy of the Registration Certificate of Boats to be used for watersports. The boat should be registered in Uttara Kannada port limits under the I.V.Act compulsorily and renewed from time to time

To ensure tourist safety, all boat owners engaged in water adventure activities shall have a minimum of three years of work experience and Submit Passenger safety plan

To encourage employment opportunities for the local community, agreements made with at least eight local tourist boat operators. All participating boats must be registered under the Uttara Kannada Port Limits as per the I.V. Act. The required supporting document such as valid survey certificates and insurance for each boat must be submitted along with the agreement, which should be executed on a Rs 200 stamp paper

The bidder shall possess All the necessary equipment own/Lease required for the minimum number of water adventure activities specified in the table below and shall mandatorily to upload valid registration certificate related to the said activities as in Tender document

Water sports Office site visit certificate from the tourism department

A Valid NOC From the Tourism Department till the date of tender based on following Points. If no tender is taken/received, a Nil report should be submitted

A valid NOC From the Tourism Department till the date of tender regarding No Due payments certificate

A valid Police NOC regarding criminal antecedence of the applicant

Self-declaration on Rs 500 Stamp duly signed & notarized stating that no litigation, court case, arbitration, or legal proceedings related to any tender, contract or service matter are pending or decided against the bidder with the tourism department, District Administration or any Government Department/Authority
