Dismantling brickwork or stone/boulder masonary /precast concrete block masonary built in cemnt mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with fly ash old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for brick work Except brick with fly ash old size, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) , exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for PCC type C2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds mitered/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation,etc or for shafts, wells, cessipts manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Returning and filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in hard dense soils complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material to exc 250 mtr and n exc 500 mtr and depositing where directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up 300/450mm dia drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar

M&L Reinforced concrete pipes 300mm ,class NP 2 laid and jointed complete with collars (Make Everest / Hume pipe/Himalya or equvalent as specified )

M&L Reinforced concrete pipes 450mm ,class NP 2 laid and jointed complete with collars (Make Everest/ Hume pipe/Himalya or equvalent as specified)

M&L Cement concrete in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) to 300mm/450mm dia to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L Precast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in manhole/drain covers and set in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary forms, moulds, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L mild steel TMT Bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for column, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel mild steel wire (annealed not less that 0.90 mm dia or securing with chip) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls incl raking out joints hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering on external wall surfaces in cement plaster 1:4 incl finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L preparing new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
