Cutting in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper, blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling/ wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering where ever required, setting to the required line, grades, side slopes trimming bottoms and level as shown on the drawing as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site according to HP.PWD specifications of 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) Volume-1 and sorting out useful/un-useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts and transportation of the unuseful materials for filling in road ways, embankments for grades improvements and leveling to the required grades and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load , animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and all lobour , machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanized means and labour (if any required). the cost of useful materials such as stones,shingles,aggregates and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along road side,which shall not be less than one tenth of JW,one ten of SR and one six of HR one Third .= 405.50 cum qty. which shall be proportionately increase/decrease as the qty. of earth work increase/ decreas in all cases recovered from the contracto @300/-( Three hundred only) per cubic metre shall be efacted any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, GST or any other taxes inputfor or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entetain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. Muck dumping site shall be arranged by the contractor in private land or other than Forest Land rate for execution and disposal to any destination shall be inclusive of rate quoted. All the slips from execution to completion of whole work shall be removed by the contractor till the site handed over to department. No additional cost shall be paid to the contractor for removal of slips.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, GST or any other taxes inputfor or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entetain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Earth work in excavation for structure as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 i/c setting out,construction of shoring and bracing removal of stums and other deletarious materials and disposal upto all leads and lift, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in tranches with excavated suitable material. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, GST or any other taxes inputfor or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entetain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. .

Construction of subgrade and earthen shouldes with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lift and lead, transporting to site,spreading ,grading to required slope and compacted to meet the requirement of Table 300.2 withlead upto all leads as per technical specification clause 303.1 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded matrial , spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface , mixing by mix in place method with ratovator at OMC, and compacting with three wheel 80-100 kn static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.(GII including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing of typical informatory sign board as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS plates of 1.6 mm thick , top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm*5mm size on back on edge. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm* 25mm*5mm , the angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will welded to 2nos. 75mm* 75mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M15 grade blocks of 450mm* 450mm*600mm , 600mm below ground level the top most diamond plate will be welded to middle and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mix syntheticenammel on both sides. Lattering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shades and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure1700.1 including hauling of material in all leads and lifts and as per ebtire satisfaction and direction of Engineer in charge. Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 x 450 x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, GST or any other taxes inputfor or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entetain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Ordinary Kilometer Stone (Precast) . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, GST or any other taxes inputfor or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entetain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

200 m stone (precast) . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, GST or any other taxes inputfor or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entetain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Carriage of excavated material which required hauling for dumping at proposed site. and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, GST or any other taxes inputfor or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entetain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Routine Five Years Maintenance. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, GST or any other taxes inputfor or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entetain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. .
