Demolition of Re-inforced Cement Concrete in any position and any description including cutting of reinforcement bars to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Cost for use of scafolding upto 10 mtr height of building is including in this item.

M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone agg) as in Chajja complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Cost for use of scafolding upto 10 mtr height of building is including in this item.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Cost for use of scafolding upto 10 mtr height of bulding is including in this item.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips (for stirupps)complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Cost for use of scafolding upto 10 mtr height of building is including in this item.

M&L for taking down and removal of loose / disintegrated old concrete / plaster and applying average 15mm thick bonding coat of modified styrene butadiene Emulsion (SBR Bonding agent i.e. Nitobond SBR 45) in proportion 1 (Nitobond SBR 45) : 1(water) : 3 (OPC) by volume with the brushes etc to bind New Cement plaster/ polymer Modified plaster/ concrete/ screed concrete with old surface etc complete. Note : Cost for use of scafolding upto 10 mtr height of building is including in this item.

M&L applying average 10mm thick plaster with polymer modified mortar fortified with SBR (Nitobond SBR 45 ) in proportion 1:3 (cement & sand) with mixing Nitobond @ 5 litres/Bag of cement, finished surface to match with existing adjoining surface of ceiling, Chajjas, facia, beams and alike complete. Note : Cost for use of scafolding upto 10 mtr height of building is including in this item.

M&L and applying two coats of 2 component zinc based epoxy rust preventer (Nitozinc Primer-M) on corroded reinforcement after cleaning and removing the rust from corroded reinforcement with the help of wire brush and treating it with rust remover (Reebaklens RR) including thoroughly cleaning washing air blowing brushing etc complete and applying as per manufactruring instructions. Make : Dr. Fixit or equivalent. Note : Qty of Zinc based epoxy rust prevent or only shall be taken into account for payment purpose on the basis of actual consumption. Taking down of cement or cement plaster work any description from brick or stone wall etc including roof facia, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Cost for use of scafolding upto 10 mtr height of building is including in this item.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work/stone or concrete surfaces including roof facia and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement incl WPC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (a) Water proofing compound should be measured and paid separately under item Sch'A' (b) Cost for use of scafolding upto 10 mtr height of building is including in this item.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on any type of masonry surface in cement mortar 1:6 without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Cost for use of scafolding upto 10 mtr height of building is including in this item.

M&L for 5 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on surface of ceiling and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Cost for use of scafolding upto 10 mtr height of building is including in this item.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound.

M & L for preparing newly plastered/unplastered or previously untreated walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer on plastered surfaces,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Cost for use of scafolding upto 10 mtr height of building is including in this item.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of oil emulsion (bound) disptemper over one coat of primer on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Cost for use of scafolding upto 10 mtr height of building is including in this item.

M&L for racking out joints/pointing to squared rubble masonry, coursed or uncoursed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for flush pointing to sqared rubble, coursed or uncoursed stone masonry wall in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work and removing the dust debris/foreign matter etc outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L plain cement concrete type B-1(1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding over roof for making good depression/undulation to match the existing as filling in depression of roof slab surface of roof / maintain slope and rounded at joints of wall incl water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Water proofing compound should be measured and paid separately under item Sch'A'

(i) Surface prepration : The surface to be treated should be sound and free from all types of dirt, dust and debris. Clean surface by brushing, scraping or chipping to eliminate all defective materials and foreign matter. Proper surface preparation needs dry mechanical grinding to expose base Substrate. Making of angle fillets(75mm*75mm) all around the periphery of the wall with polymer modified mortar using SBR Latex Plus. (ii) Construction joints : All construction joints and cracks >1mm shall be treated by cutting V groove and filling with polymer modified SBR Latex and reinforced with geotextile membrane dipped in PU liquid Membrane before the 1st coat application. (iii) Water proofing membrane : S&F Waterproofing membrane:Supplying and applying water-based ,single component UV resistant elastomeric PU liquid membrane coating applied with brush/roller having SRI >109 with an elongation of >400% and tensile strength of 1.4 MPa as per ASTM D 412, 80 % Solid Content, shore A Hardness of min. 50 as per ASTM D 2240. The system includes final base preparation as per note given below, applying Home Sheild PU ELASTOSEAL BTD or approved equivalent in three coats at 2.8 kg per Sqm providing 1.5 mm DFT , complete as per Manufacturer specifications . Waterproofing membrane to be terminated on parapet wall in a V groove of size 25 mm x 25 mm atleast 300 mm above FFL which should be sealed with Polymer Mortar Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The application will be executed by company authorised applicator upon verification from the company. Make : Berger, Sika, Fosroc. Note : Quoted rates are including Removing & Clearing of all debris and carriage of material (Debries), by mechanical transport including Loading and unloading, stacking.etc outside MoD land.
