Taking down defective ceiling fan, exhaust fan and wall mounting fan and air circulator fan of any make type & sweep including checking the serviceabilty of fan in the presence of MES representative and transporting the same to work shop for repairs and rehanging in position after repairs complete. (Note: Supply & fix of spare parts will be measured and paid separately).

Taking down and Opening of ceiling fan, exhaust fan and wall mounting fans and air circulator fans (any type, make & sweep) at location of installtion for servicing work such as cleaning of fan blade and greasing of bearing with approved quality of grease, cleaning of bushes and oiling etc wherever required including checking of serviceablity of condenser ball bearing and bushes. etc including testing and rehanging in same position complete. (Note: Supply & fix of spares & flexible cable shall be measured and paid separately).

Taking down and refixing storage type water heater (geyser) of following capacity (any type & Make ) from wall by disconnecting the electric connection and water inlet/outlet connection from supply end checking the serviceability of all parts such as inner vessel, rubber gasket non return valve, heating element, thermostat etc. and refixing the same after replacing unserviceable parts and reassembling complete:-. Note for item No 27 : Spare parts required to be replaced against unserviceable parts shall be measured & paid separately.
