Flooring with soluble salt/ stain free porcelain vitrified tiles 1st quality screen printed and polished of size 600 x 600 mm and thickness between8-10 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 - 2017,IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kgs per sq.m & joints with spacer joints with 3 mm wide jointed neatly with filer material of cement/epoxy grout/white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade as directed during execution, including cost and conveyance of all materials, etc., complete - for finished item of work.

Supplying and fixing in position M.S Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for veranda openings using M.S. Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with Two coats with Synthetic enamel paint Gr-I over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of 30 mm thick Flush door shutters, solid bond wood block board type with commercial ply on both faces conforming to IS:2202 of standard make solid core flush doors, with Commercial facing both sides with hot pressed bonded with liquid phenol formaldehyde with rebate cutting, including cost of screws etc., complete (excluding cost of other fixtures which will be paid separately, but including labour charges for fixing the fixtures).

Supply of machinery in desilting works guide lines for engaging Excavator- Loader (JCB) (Capacity / out put of machine 0.24/1 Cum)

1. The owner should transport the JCB to the work spot at his own costs

2. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to excavate a minimum of 40 cubic meter of Earth per hour.

3. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to load 20 tractor as per hour with quantum of 2.83 cubic metre of loose factor per each tractor.

4. The rate of per hour is inclusive of all the costs like POL, Transportation of Machine, Driver Batta and other incident charges.

5. The payment of the Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be paid hourly basis subject to the condition 2&3 cited above.

6. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should have the Tacho metre and it should function properly.

Supply and fixing of cup board frames and shutters and using 16mm Cement Bonded Particle Board conforming to IS 14276 duly painted both sides with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic / enamel paint of approved shade and brand including fixing of hardware like M.S. powder coated Piano hinges of size 18mm x 18mm, brass ball catches, Aluminium tower bolts and handles , Godrej locks, synthetic glue, screws and nails including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, all incidental and operational charges etc., complete for finished item of work at site as per the directions of Engineer in Charge.

Providing weather proof course with Screeding concrete in CC(1:2:4), 25mm average thickness using 6 to 10mm nominal size HBG crushed metal chips, screeding duly embedding 24G chicken mesh with necessary overlap etc.., and finishing the surface neatly and rounding the edges at parapet walls, columns etc., including cost of chicken mesh, including cost of all materials and conveyance of all materials etc., complete as directed during execution.

Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surface with CM (1:3), 20mm thick with 100 ml of Integral cement water proofing admixture complies with IS:2645-2003 of approved make per 50 kg bag of cement laid over roof when it is green including cost of all materials, conveyance charges of materials and all operational, incidental and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., complete for finished item.

Supply of Rabbit wire mesh (chicken mesh) of not less than 30 gauge including cost and conveyance and incidental charges etc., complete.

Finishing the sides of walls with screen printed glazed full body porcelain wall tiles of size 300 x 600 mm with any type of design texture such as marble finish, wooden, bamboo, stone finishes etc., scratch less, stain free and thickness between 6-8 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 - 2017, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs including pointing the joints with the same colour of cement by mixing the same colour pigment in white cement and over a bed of C.M.(1:3), 12 mm thick & Cement slurry of 33 Kg /10 sq.m shall be used for fixing bed tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials, curing, incidental charges etc., complete (No separate plastering shall be paid to the walls). Supplying and fixing of Unplasticized Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) 3 track sliding windows with mesh shutter – (2-glass shutters and 1-mesh shutter) duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles (Composition of profile shall consists a minimum of 5.5 PHR of TiO2 and not more than 12 PHR of CaCo3 for every 100 parts of PVC resin) of (94 mm x 45 mm)/(80 mm x 52 mm) x 2.20 mm for outer frames, (58 mm x 39 mm)/(54 mm x 38 mm) x 2.20 mm for sliding shutter frames capable of mounting single glazing system structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanized up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.0/1.2 mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding. Providing, supplying & fixing of Fixed Louvered Ventilator made from multi chambered uPVC sections with Glazing bead shall be co-extruded with Grey colour soft PVC. having isolated drainage and reinforced with Galvanized Iron profiles throughout the window. The outer frame having an overall size of 60 mm x 55 mm x 2.40 with reinforcement of 1 mm thickness and Mullion with overall size of 74 mm x 60 mm x 2.40 mm with reinforcement of 1 mm thickness. Cleaning of septic tanks through sludge gulper (up to 4000 liters) including the conveyance of sludge gulper, operational charges etc., complete as directed during execution.

Rewinding of Burnt 3 H.P Submermissible motor of Given make and other minor HP Motor with suitable guage insulated PVC copper wire varnishing, tapping, fitting etc.,complete with over hauling and replacement of terminal plate/minor hare ware items viz, soldering, testing of out going wires, bolts and nuts, painting with approved colour etc., and keep the motors in good condition. Installation, testing and Commissioning of the submersible pump set with all accessories as per the standard specifications for above 60mts and up to 120 mts including laying of G.I. Pipe duly providing the G.I. Pipe of not more than 3 meters length in the Bore well including all incidental charges etc., complete as directed during execution.

Writing the sign boards, Direction boards and painting Rangolies over M.S sheet with two coats of back ground one coat primary & one coat synthetic enamel paint over the sign boards with printing two coats with synthetic enamel paint over the back ground.
