Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge
Dismantling tile work in floors, wall and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.
Removing the cement plaster of various thickness from the existing masonry walls, concrete surfaces etc., at all depths & heights including scaffolding and disposing the debris upto a lead of 50 m etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas up to 1.5m depth including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 1.5 Km and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note:- If the tractor trolley consider for measurement, 50% voids for rock and debris and 20 % voids for soil to be deducted in measurments.
Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 2 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.Note:- if the tractor trolley consider for measurement. The 30% voids for rubbish/malba/ unserviceable to be deducted in measurement.
Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks/ Cement brick of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth and all heights in:Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).
15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) at all height sand depth.
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
Providing and laying in position ready mixed of M-35 grade by design mix cement concrete for concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete.-at all depth and heights.
Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.-Hot rolled deformed bars
Providing corrosion resistant treatment to floors and wall by bitumen primer conforming to IS 158 with chemical resistant unpolished vitrified tiles of required thickness mentioned below confirming to IS:4457 (Endura of M/s.. H & R Johnson India limited) to resist corrosion action of nitric acid (HNO3) up to 60% concentration, caustic tlie 40% concentration and organic solvents (also to water in open areas which requires acid resistant polyester mortar) including preparing the surfaces, hacking and cleaning etc. complete as per specifications and as per IS 4457 : Latest Edition and as directed by engineer-in-charge to suit the above requirements and the thickness as mentioned below as per by manufacturer's recommendations, relevant standards and as directed by engineer-in-charge.
20 mm thick tiles of approved size and shade using potassium silicate bedding mortar as per IS:4832, curing the joints with 20 to 25% HCL, pointing the joints using carbon filled Sulphur cement
12 mm thick tiles of approved size and shade using potassium silicate bedding mortar as per IS:4832, curing the joints with 20 to 25% HCL, pointing the joints using carbon filled Sulphur cement.
20 mm thick tiles of approved size and shade using CNCL bedding mortar and pointing the joints using Furane as per specified in IS:4832.
12 mm thick tiles of approved size and shade using CNCL bedding mortar and pointing the joints using Furane as per specified in IS:4832.
20 mm thick tiles of approved size and shade using Epoxy bedding mortar and pointing the joints using Epoxy as per specified in IS:4832.

Providing corrosion resistant treatment to the floors, skirting and pedestals with acid resistant bricks of size 230x115x38 mm thick as per IS :4800 to resist corrosion action of nitric acid (HNO3) up to 60% concentration, caustic lie 40% concentration and organic solvents using potassium silicate bedding mortar as per IS:4832,curing the joints using carbon filled Sulphur cement including preparing the surfaces, cleaning etc. complete as per specifications and as per latest version of IS:4800 and as directed by engineer-in-charge to suit the above requirements and the thickness as mentioned as per by manufacturer's recommendations, relevant standards and as directed by engineerin-charge.
Providing and applying 12 mm thick readymade bitumastic confirming to is: 9510 with proper heating and mixing for protective coating on concrete floor at 20 kg/sq. over one coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS: 758 below acid resistant brick/tile lining including through washing and cleaning of concrete surfaces, air drying complete as per specifications and as directed by engineerin-charge.
Repairing the existing acid resistant tile/brick lining joints by removing the damaged pointing and filler to the full depth of the tile, cleaning, preparing the joint with potassium silicate mortar, sealing the joint using carbon filled sulphur cement complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge.
