NOTICE INVITING E-TENDER E-Tender for establishing Schedule of Rates for Jabalpur Lubes Territory For MAK Lubricants TENDERNO:LUBES.WR.JABALPUR.SOR.IPA.24-26 INTRODUCTION Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), Jabalpur Lubes Territory, has to establish Schedule of Rates for various branding and allied Jobs for the Channel Partners working in lubricants business.Jabalpur Lubes Territory covers 16 district of eastern part of Madhya Pradesh. Districts are ; Jabalpur,Narsinghpur,Seoni,Balaghat,Mandla,Dindori,Anuppur,Shahdol,Umaria,Katni,Dam oh, Panna, Satna,Rewa,Siddhi & Singrauli. We are pleased to invite rates for establishing Schedule of Rates (SOR) for Jabalpur Lubes Territory for following Job Items in Table-2. 1. Vendor to carefully study detailed specifications enclosed in Annexures- A before quoting the rates. 2. Rates are to be quoted for the districts included in Jabalpur Territory. Rates Quoted shall be Excluding GST (Goods & Services Tax) and including all other Charges/taxes/freight etc. Rates to be quoted for each zone. Lowest quote L1 will be decided based on each items. 3. It is not mandatory for vendor to quote for all Job items. Vendor to quote keeping in view his firm’s area of competency, market rates, logistics etc. Based on the Vendor quotes and company’s internal estimate final rates shall be arrived upon. 4. Abnormal Outlier Rates established to be an act of oversight, typing error, casual unchecked input that are not correlated with fair price are liable to be rejected by the company and shall not be considered for Final Evaluation. There will be a pre-bid meet on tender conditions and specifications on 14.06.2024 11:00 Hrs onwards at Jabalpur Territory office. Last Date of E-Tender Submission is 24.06.2024 by 15:00 HRS.
