Supplying , Laying and Connections of 1200 mm Diameter SWMS Clear water Rising Main with Permanent Road Restoration at 02 (Two) nos. of Stretches a) from 5.00 MG Capacity UGR within WTP Premises towards 0.70 MG Capacity UGR at Ward No.10 , Maheshtala Municipality upto about 4.0 KM length near Santoshpur railway Station More along with 02 (Two) Nos. of Pipe carrying Steel Bridge all Complete b) from 5.00 MG Capacity UGR within WTP Premises towards 0.75 MG Capacity UGR at Ward No.28 , Maheshtala Municipality upto about 3.0 KM length at Chakmir More on BBT Road along with 01 (One) No. of Pipe carrying Steel Bridge all Complete along with complete Defect Liability Period (DLP) for both the Stretches for 60 months after completion of work on Turnkey Basis.

Supply of SWMS Clear Water Pipes including bending and other specials at working sites with proper epoxy resin primer and epoxy resin paintings as specified.

Road Profile , hydraulic and land Survey work and preparation of working alignment of pipeline and points of piles.

Vetting of all designs and drawings and submission to Department for approval

Clearance of sites and preparation of working sites.

Laying of entire continuous stretch of MS pipes including all necessary bends, specials and other jointing components all complete within battery limits, and providing proper anchorage and thrust Block and providng final epoxy resin paint coating all complete.

Testing of MS pipes and all other MS & RCC components and disinfection of pipe as per tender documents

Construction of MS superstructures of the trestle bridges including epoxy paintings and other treatments all complete over the RCC piles and substructures; and laying & anchoring of MS pipes over the bridges and providing final epoxy paint coating all complete.

Repairing and reconstruction of existing setup along the pipe laying route and other structures disturbed and demolished during construction period and removal of rubbish and clearing the working site.

Suppying, fitting, fixing of 200 mm diameter CI/DI air valve and 200 mm diameter sluice valve

Supplying, fitting, fixing of 300 mm diameter MS washout pipe with 300 mm diameter sluice valves and flanged blank.

Provision of interconnections with supplying , fitting , fixing of 200 mm, 300 mm , 400 mm , 500 mm, 750 mm and 1200 mm diameter sluice Valve and necessary blank flange on 1200 mm diameter clear water SWMS pipes

Restoration of entire lenth of pipeline laying stretch with Temporary and Permanent Road Restoration.
