Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of rubbish out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding over RCC roof and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound (liquid type) as per manufacturer instruction on concrete roof surface finished fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC (liquid type) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe-290- W(Gde- E-165) quality- A complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size full brick subclass ‘B’ burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall surfaces including glazed tiles wherever exists including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc and removing unseviceable materials out side MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plasterd surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises from MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.
