Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The bidder shall have satisfactorily supplied Deflector linear for power plant Coal mills of capacity 500 MW and above for a valve of 14.12 lakhs in a single purchase/Multiple purchase order (Maximum 2 No) from any one of the preceding five years (2025-26,2024-25,2023-24,2022-2023 and 2021-22).

Capabilities of Vendor

The Bidder Shall be a Manufacturer/authorized dealer of Deflector linear for Coal Mill. Manufacturing certificate/authorization letter from Manufacturing company shall be furnished as a proof.

Financial Status

The bidder shall have achieved, in his name/firm, an average annual turnover of Rs.33.32 lakhs in two financial years in the preceding five financial years i.e.,( 2025-26,2024-25,2023-24,2022-2023 and 2021-22).. As a proof of this, the bidder shall furnish Annual Turnover Certificate/Profit & Loss statement duly certified by a chartered accountant.

The bidder should enclose the technical information (TI) and drawing (GA) indicating all the dimensions duly marked on it along with the technical details (MOC) for which bidder has to submit TI and GA drawings

All the Mill spares should confirm to the Specifications & dimensions of the existing M/s BHEL and M/s Alstom for replacing the existing one

Mill spares samples and GA drawings shall not be issued to the successful bidder

Bidders must demonstrate full completion of all previous purchase order of spareitem deliveries to YTPS Mill Depot any pending obligations will result in disqualification
