Supply of Labour Labour for daily sweeping of all floors including roof, open space, common space and compound and the washing of all flats including all toilets, open space, common space and compound along with cleaning & washing of ceramic items (i.e. basin, commode, urinals etc), all types of wall & floor tiles, different chromium plated items (i.e. bib cock, stop cock, pillar cock, shower, etc) and stairs along with hand rails at Bijan Bhavan at Salt Lake, including along with cleaning carpets including disposal of waste material from all flats with the help of hand cart from compound to the municipal vat outside the compound with labours complete for all days including Sundays and Holidays. For toilet area = 2 nos. man / day For toilet area 2 x 365 = 730 man days For floor area (excluding toilet area) = 9 nos. man / day For floor area (excluding toilet area) = 9 x 365 = 3285 man days For kitchen and dining area = 6 nos. man / day For kitchen and dining area = 6 x 365 = 2190 man days For Gymnasium = 3 nos. man / days. For Gymnasium = 3 x 365 = 1095 man days Total man days (730 + 3285 + 2190 + 1095) = 7300 man days (The rate inclusive of all taxes)

Unskilled worker [FREEZED ITEM] 7300 Man Day @ Rs.584.00 = Rs. 42,63,200.00 (Bidders are requested not to quote any rate of this item) [Rate is achieved from fixed minimum rates of Wages in the employment of Sweeping & Cleaning Services from 01-07-2025 to 31-12-2025 as per Circular no. 21/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC dated 17-06-2025 of the Addl. Labour Commissioner, W.B.] Rate is inclusive of minimum wages, bonus, EPF, ESI & GST as per existing rule.

Service charge Service charge including profit and overhead for supply of all labours and materials (All materials and equipments, tools & plants for the cleaning and disinfecting purpose have to be supplied by the agency to the concren A.E. at the time of commencement of the month and concern A.E. will issue the materials in regularly basis to the agency. Supply of Anticeptic liquid, Bleaching Powder, Napthalin, Detergent Powder, Wiper & Mopper scrubbing machine, Vaccum cleaner etc. of approved brand for cleaning / upkeeping of W/C pan, wash basin, Urinal, Sink, drain channel of toilet block and corridors, stairs & Ramps of the campus. 2 sets of uniform, shoe & shock per year for all the engaged labour has to supply by the contractor. The bidder have to submit details break up month wise of the all supplied materials in a sperate sheet. (Rate inclusives all taxes & duties) (Bidders are requested to quote rate for this item only)
