Dismantling of existing Steel Structures of Clariflocculator Mechanism & Flash Mixer of any description and size from the foundation, disconnecting all electric connections, demolition of PCC foundation and removing the Clariflocculator & Flash Mixer to MES Store Yard including disassembling, Gas Cutting and Welding etc complete as specified and as directed.

Design, Supply, Install, Test and Commissioning of Flash Mixer Mechanism & Clariflocculator Mechanism along with all connected equipment and accessories, Control Panels, Cables, Cable Connections, Suitable foundation complete as per site requirement and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge suitable for the existing RCC Structure and comprising of the following:

S & F Dial type Rate of Flow Indicator for clear water to show 1.5 times the average flow rate, comprising of a Dial Type Pedestal Mounted Rate of Flow Indicator Stilling Chamber Cord and Cord Casing Pipe combined with Dial type Pedestal mounted Single Water Column Loss of Head Gauge to show 2.50 metres Loss of head through filters comprising of dial type Pedestal mounted Loss of Head Indicator, Stilling Chamber, Cord and Cord Casing Pipe complete as specified and as directed.

S & F By-Pass Gate MESP Sluice / Slide Gates Suitable as per existing, Channel Mounting, Rising Spindle with Head Stock and Head Wheel, Self Contained, EPDM / Neoprene sealing etc. complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and Install Electric Driven Gear Box with Slow Speed Motor of 1 HP capacity for Agitator including suitable connecting cable from Control Panel to Motor complete as specified and as directed and comprising the following: [a] Electrical Motor for Flocculator Drive [01 Nos of rating 1.1 KW, 960 RPM, suitable operating on 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply with IP 55 Ingress Protection, Squirrel Cage Induction Motor, Foot Mounted, of Class “F” Efficiency.
