The work of safe carriage of the following material from CB Ganj store center to work site under the jurisdiction of EDD-Rampur Road, Bareilly Approx. distance upto 85 Km. Including safe loading and unloading.

33 KV VCB

Armoured Control Cable 4x2.5 Sq mm

MS Earthing Rod (2540x20 mm)

Gi Wire 8 SWG

Other Line material

Dismantling and removing of old and used/damaged 33 KV VCB in Control room including opening/cutting of power cable connection and earthing strip with dragging/cartage from control room to J.E. Store.

Erection/Installation of following new panel (VCB) in control room including grouting of Anchor bolt of Panel and making/repairing of pocket for cable to insert in panel from trench and fixing, taping of bus bar with wiring for PT. AC, DC connection including providing of AC & DC Supply.

33 KV VCB

Providing cutting, fixing and welding of MS Strip from existing, earthing to new 33 KV VCB Complete in all respect, all material shall be arranged by the Contractor.

Fixing of Armoured Control Cable 4x2.5 Sq mm as per norms complete in all respect

Sub Station Tranformers & Outgoing Double Pole Earthing at Various Places as per norms complete in all respect. Above work will be carried out under supervision of concerned JE/SDO/EE) Pipe Earthing of Transformer (By boring of 4 inch diameter 20 m deep, 40 mm diameter A class GI pipe is inserted to a depth of 20 m and a holed pipe of 1.5 m length is inserted at the bottom. Tighten one end of the MS strip of size 50x6mm with the nut bolt with the neutral of the converter and weld the other end with the GI pipe inserted in the boring for earthing. Putting a socket on the upper part of the pipe (mouth) so that water can be poured into it to retain moisture. To complete the work Contractor will provide all material, Manpower, T&P, safe carriage of material to worksite.

Painting of All structure of switch yard such as terminal gantry, Bus gantry, Line Isolator, Bus Isolators, Fuse sets, CT Structures, Breaker Structures, LA Structures, etc. with one code of red oxide and two cote of Aluminium paint

Supply and Fixing of Following Material as per RESPO norms complete in all respect (would be Provided by contractor through approved vendors of Discom at his own cost)
