Attending complaints as on required of any nature for defective A/C of various capacity and make split /window type and rectification of defects & including necessary dismantling, taking down if required and taking out for repairing and refixing at site, replacing spares as required (spares parts shall be measured and paid separately), however small pieces of wire terminals, soldering/crimping required at site for proper functioning of the equipment shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate under this item complete all as specified and directed. Note : All spare parts for renewal/ fixing shall be measured and paid separately as supply only or supply & fixing under appropriate items of BOQ.

M&L for electrically disconnecting of window type AC and taking out from wall, cleaning /washing of choked condensing fins, evaporator coil and tubes with water and solvent materials by using mechinical pressure, renewal of unserviceable air filter after cleaning and servicing refixing the window AC, mechanically leak testing, including filling of nitrogen gas for pressure testing, finding leak, vacuumising the gas and bracing of leaked copper pipes and filling the suitable refrigerant gas after complete testing, connecting the cables and testing for functioning complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable hermatically sealed compressor unit of window/split type ACs of 1.5 TR capacity and replace with new sealed compressor unit in exchange of the existing unserviceable sealed compressor unit with and including initial charging of gas and oil complete all as specified and directed. Make : Kirloskar/Shriram/Copeland.

Taking down unserviceable hermatically sealed compressor unit of window/split type ACs of 2.0 TR capacity and replace with new sealed compressor unit in exchange of the existing unserviceable sealed compressor unit with and including initial charging of gas and oil complete all as specified and directed. Removing or taking down the existing split type AC of any size & including all accessories and closing the opening of wall with brick/stone masonary work in cement mortar 1:4 and plastering with cement mortar (1:4), including white wash /distempering to match with surrounding and handing over at MES store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling refrigerant gas R- 22 C for charging of gas in compressors of existing AC's complete all as directed. M&L for transportation of water cooler of any capacity form site to local workshop for repair to body by tinkering with 22 SWG MS sheet ,spray painting of complete water cooler with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc primer on the repaired portion of existing colours, including supply and fix top cover beading, hinges, broken legs and transportation of water cooler back to AGE E&M yard capacity 40/80 ltr /60/120 ltr / 40/40ltr and testing commissioning complete. Note : All unserviceable spare parts for renewal/ fixing shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under appropriate items of BOQ.

Transportation of Deep freezer form AGE E/M store yard to local workshop for repair to body by tinkering with 22 SWG MS sheet, spray painting of complete deep freezer with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colours over one coat of primer/red oxide, renewal of broken legs, hinges, complete top beeding, inside puff insulation and transportation of deep freezer back to AGE E/M yard capacity 300 ltr to 420 ltr and testing commissioning complete all as directed. Note : All unserviceable spare parts for renewal/ fixing shall be measured and paid separately as supply only or supply & fixing under appropriate items of BOQ.

S&F in renewal of side panel made out of PBI sheet minimum 1mm thick suitable for 18''/20'' desert cooler and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable PVC/iron grill of desert cooler and Supply & fixing PVC/Iron grill suitable for 18''/20'' desert cooler including screws, nut & bolts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable desert cooler fan motor with iron ring and supply and fixing of new fan motor copper wound, ISI marked with iron ring of existing capacity & including nuts, bolts, washers etc, complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Crompton/Khaitan/Usha/Polor.

M & L in renewal of desert cooler metal body of PBI sheet minimum 1mm thickness as per existing size/shape and suitable for steel body desert cooler of capacity 5000 Cum / hour (minimum water storage capacity 80 Ltrs) and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Note applicable for all above items:- The contractor is required to carry out onsite (at the place of installation itself) repair of the summer appliances based on day to day requirement of MES during the currency of this contract. Therefore, while quoting the rates contractors should keep this factor in mind as the quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of the factor of onsite repair of various summer appliances.

COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF STAND BY DG SETS UNDER GE KOTA

Material and labour for servicing/overhauling and 'B' checks comprising of the following for generator lubrication system of undermentioned DG set engine and alternator & AC Generator: - (i) M&L for replacement of engine oil (ii) M&L for replacement of lubricating oil filter elements (iii) M&L for renewal of super lube oil by pass filter elements (iv) M&L for cleaning/change crank case breather (v) M&L for checking of aneroid oil & cooling system. M&L for Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600mm x 6.0 mm, buried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25 Mtr below normal ground level) connected to galvanized earth strip of 25x4 mm dia by means of bolts, buts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron on steel including 50 mm bore light grade GI tubing for protection of earth strip, MS sheet metal funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe medium grade 20 mm bore, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layer of 15 Cm compacted thickness all around the electrode with concrete earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type 75 mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 pit cover reinfored with 8 mm dia deformed bar and suitable handle made of 10 mm dia round bar including GI earth strip of 25x4 mm size for extension of earth lead and necessary excavation, earth work, in soft/loose soil and disposal of spolis to a distance not exc 50 Mtr and necessary connection and testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 and including dismantling of old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed. (Earth lead strip and GI protection pipe beyond 7.50 m shall be measured and paid separately)

Cost of following shall be deemed included in the unit rate of this item: - (a) Labour charge of complete engine top overhauling (b) Labour charge of turbo reparing (c ) Radiator reparing charge (d) FIP Pump & Nozzle recalibration charge (e) Transportation charge. Note : All spare parts for replacement / fixing shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under appropriate items of BOQ.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth & getting out, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes or for laying underground cable, pipe lines etc. in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc. 50m distance and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L dry clean Sand filling in trenches around underground cables for earth cushion, complete all as specified and directed. (Depth of sand shall be measured after punning).

M&L for pulverized fuel Ash-lime bricks (Fly ash bricks - non modular size), class 10, laid dry and flat adjoining each other over sand cushion in trenches as protection to UG cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commisioning XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked), laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole/wall with necessary angle iron support, clamp, nut , bolts etc and including taking down of old unserviceable existing UG cables complete all as specified and directed for following cross sectional areas of cables :- Notes for Srl item Nos. 146, 146.10 & 146.20 :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection cover & GI pipes shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BOQ.
