Material and labour PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate in sub base/ mass concrete.

Material and labour brick work with subclass B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as speecified and directed

All as per serial item No 5.00 above but except brick complete all as speecified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including hacking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water.

Material and labour Rendering 15 mm thick external using cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete work surfaces complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 20 mm graded agg as in coping etc.including necessary form work

Material and labour for precast cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate for Jallies 25mm thick set in cement mortar 1:4 including all moulding frame all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending hooking etc & binding with mild steel binding steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia conforming to Fe-410-S or Fe-410-O complete.

Dismantiling of existing chain link fencing of any mesh and size incl screw, nut & bolts etc complete all as specefied and direceted.

Dismantling structural steel work including, doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

Supply and fixing Mild steel iron straps/posts for securing bolts posts and strut in fencing including cutting drilling holes notching for wire etc flat iron fillet and similar work confirming to Fe 410-O or Fe 310-O complete all as specefied.

Supply only for chain link fencing of mess size 60x60x3mm made of MS galvanised wire conforming to IS:2712-2003 (GI Wire conforming to IS:280-2006 having Zinc Coating as laid down in IS:4826 Hot Dipped Galvanised Coating on round steel wires or IS-12753 Electro Galvanised Coating on round wires having tensile strength within 400 to 500 MPa) of standaed rails staining bolts etc incl provn of binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specefied and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertain through BOO)

Material and labour for framed work as in doors or gates and framed grills made of ornamental purpose of angle, sq bars or other sections including plate, rails, braces with ornamental and intricate etc complete drilled for fixing of steel seating including prepared for hanging sliding bolt, handle etc complete specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for GI 2 standed barbed wire2.24mm dia wire with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire. staples or steel pins etc as directed (Each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repairs for concertina coil 2.64mm dia having a core wire high carbon spacing steel of high tensile strength as per grade of IS-4454 (Pt-I) with a low carbon steel strip punched tape 19mm wide, 0.5mm thick and series of knife edge sharp barbs/blades @ 25mm centre to centre punched all along the length on both the sides of strips at regular interval confirming to IS-513 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/loose soil

Material and labour for PCC type C-2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass-concrete and like filling in fencing post

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) In precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area in exc 100 sq. cm but n exc 250Sqcm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed.

Material and labour for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces

Material and labour for preparation of new untreated surfaces of steel of any description exc 10cm width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer.

Material and labour for providing 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring including finishing the cement concrete surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backaing coat) removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade laid over a layer of fine river sand, watering and consolidating complete . (Note: Sand will be measured paid for seperately under respective item supplied only).

Supply only river bed fine sand for screed bed min 25mm thick for paving flooring

Material and labour for PCC chequered tiles with grey cement and pigment 25cm X 25cm X 25mm thick set & jointed in neat cement slurry as in path, pavement, floors, etc. over 20mm thick screeding of CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for filleting work in CM 1:4 not exc 25 Sqcm

Removing of vegetation growth, bushed including taking out from fencings etc. and removing the rubbish n exc. 50 m as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
