Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV over headlines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod,anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stayclamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. staywire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominalsize ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm fortwo 11 kV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (angleiron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flatiron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nutsand washers etc. (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/channel iron, cross arm on33 KV as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm(7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV overhead line conductors omplete with through bolts and nuts forclamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one sideto the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side fortying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulatorpins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) andpainting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing FRLSame work for11 KV over head line double pole structure having four membersfabricated out of 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron to form arectangle of minimum size 1400 mm width X 2500 mm height,complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nutsincluding drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc (as perdrawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/ 22KV/ 33 KVover head lines as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with largesteel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erecton of cradle guard bu 8 SWG GI wire ,100mmx50mmx6mm channel iron, Msclamp,nut bolt as required(55METER LENGTH)

Dismenling of poles/street light tandards/strut embadedin cement oncrete foundation etc as required

Dismentling of overhead line comprising of copper/aluminium overhead conductor,Gi wire,cross arm,insulator etc as requred.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre belowground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminatingwith G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shallbe done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & springwasher spaced at 50mm
