Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work for pipes upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including balling or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock of chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including jungle clearance whereever required, triming and dressing of sides, levelling of bends to correct grade including shoring/struting, planking, timbearing & dewatering wherever required stacking the useable/ unuseable material/soil seperately and after laying, jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15cm layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unsuseable material as directed with in all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metallied surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, testing & commissioning at site in trenches bevelled ended MSERW pipes of grade-A conforming to IS/ ISO 3183-2017 latest with upto date amendements having wall thickness and per Rmt weight as mentioned below & capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in BIS code, in random lengths of 5.5 to 6.5 mtr. The pipes ends shall be bevelled suitable for butt welding including the cost of jointing with butt welding conforming to IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable ends with upto date amendments (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of standard make and all allied accessories whatever required for welding at site, tail pieces, tees, bends and other specials manufactured from parent pipes as applicable to the particular reach & of approved specification as per site conditions and cutting of pipes wherever required as per site requirement including carriage in all leads and lifts and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The pipe shall haves zinc coating inside & out side conforming to IS-4736-1986 or latest with upto date amendments & shall be ingraved with GRADE- A The laying shall conform to BIS 5822-1970 or latest with upto date amendments to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately).

Laying, , jointing , testing & commissioning at site in trenches following plain ended GMS pipes of following dia of Heavy/Medium Grade as under confirming to BIS 1239-(Part-1)-1990 or latest with up to date ammendments, capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in BIS code, in randum lengths of 5.5 to 6.5 mtr. Pumping Machinery Booster Stage

Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of submersible pumping set of reputed make such as KSB/BS/ Johnston/ Worthington/Oswal/Sabar Brand conforming to latest relevent BIS code. The pump should be fitted with free flow impellers of bronze /suitable alloy as per BIS 5659 or latest with up to date ammendments suitable for raw/clear water having characterstics as mentioned in item 5(A) greased packed bearings & shell with wound stator on motor side & with shaft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft conforming to BIS specifications. The pump shall be directly coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor of Kirloskar/NGEF/Jyoti / Crompton make conforming to relevent BIS code with up to date ammendments totally dust & water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber chamber & grease packed lubricated bearings & provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to withstand non vertical loads with minimum wear & tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor. The type,size & make will be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities. In case of non acceptance by HPSEB authorities it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost.

Providing and laying at site PVC jointless flat water proof cable as per BIS 694-1990 (latest with up to date amendments) suitable for both the pump sets offered from circuite breaker to motor & motor to starter including all other electrical equipments such as thimbles, flexible pipes, solder,nuts & bolts,cable glands etc. laid in pipes or trenches. The type,size & make will be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities.In case of non acceptance by HPSEB authorities it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost.

Providing & fixing MSERW double flanged suction, delivery pipe & common header considering to Grade ''A'' of IS/ISO 3183-2007 specification or latest with upto date ammendments considering site requirements, NPSH required & available & common header having area equal to two times the area of delivery branch of pump including tapers,flanges,rubber gaskets 3mm thick as per BIS-2712-1978 nuts & bolts as per 1364-1983 & special up to 5 mtrs. away from the outer wall of pump house as per layout drawings approved by Engineer-in-Charge. The pipes shall be capable of withstanding 1.5 times the total presure indicated in item No.12(A) or total dyanamic pressure + surge pressure whichever is more. The size of suction pipe shall be one or two sizes larger than the suction size of pump such that valocity of flow in suction pipe is not more than 3.00 mtr/sec & delivery pipe shall be of size one size larger than nominal delivery size of pump thickness of MSERW pipe shall be 4.80 mm jointed with flanged joint of FT-28 the suction of pipe shall be of GMS (MG) pipe jointed with FT-5 including carriage of material in all leads & lifts & as directed by Engineer -Inchage.
