Dismantling of the existing 25 mm to 100 mm thick roof treatment concrete bed, removing tarfelt layer including bitumen (if any), cracks / voids mortar, tiles, open the base RCC surface, removing the rubbish and then wire brushing followed by coir brushing and through cleaning with water to make the surface absolutely free from loose dust, dirt, oil, grease, foreign materials etc. Cutting in " V " shape groove (20 mm width and 10 mm depth approx.) in cracks and between the junction of parapet wall & roof slab and filling the same by mixing Cement : Sand : Polymar (compatible materials from Brand Sika). Similarly peripheries of the drain pipes should be chipped out and filling the same with Polymerised morter.

Removal of rubbish, earth etc. from the working site (from roof) and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing concrete fillet (upto 250 mm from finished surface) to the juntion of parapet wall as per specs of EIC, all complete. With same grade concrete as of screeding. At any height & any location.

Providing & applying 2 coats of Sikatop seal 109 HI including one coat of primer over the surface & cure it properly including all completes as per manufacture's specification & direction of EIC. At any height & any location.

Providing & laying average 50 mm thick screed concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm down aggregate laid not more than 4 m x 4 m panel & sealing the joints & Sika polysulphide including formwork for panels, making proper groove & maintain proper slope for drainage etc including all complete as per manufacture's specification for application of sealant etc & as per direction of EIC & as per IS 2571:1970. At any height & any location.

Sealing new / renewing expansion joint with Elastomeric Polysulphide Sealant of gap size 50mm X 25mm or as per site requirement including cleaning of the expansion joint thoroughly, mending of edges & surface, placing 50mm dia Backer rod as back up material with the cost of materials, labours, & all other incidental charges as per manufacturer's specification & direction of Engineer-incharge. At any height & any location.

Providing and fixing sheet covering over expansion joints with bright finished or black enamelled mild steel screws 50 mm as per design. Aluminium fluted strips 3.15 mm thick. 150 mm wide. At any height & any location.
