PROVIDING SERVICES FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING SUGAR STACKERS AND PORTABLE BELT CONVEYORS IN SUGAR PLANT

Repair and Maintenance of Existing Sugar Stackers and Portable Belt Conveyors at HBL Lauriya as per below scope & technical specifications :

Repair, overhauling and maintenance of existing portable belt conveyor job include: - 1) Checking thoroughly, providing & replacement of damaged roller, replacement of damaged / worn out chains, sprockets etc. 2) Providing and replacing required bearing, nut bolts, hardware etc. 3) Alignment of motors, gear box etc. Scope excludes repaired and rewinding of motors 4) Any other spare as required for satisfactory completion of repair and uninterrupted operation. 5) Scope includes replacement of belt, belt jointing in case new belt is required same will be in supplied by HBL. 6) All Mechanical trouble shooting/servicing in season 2024-25 will be under vendor scope.

Job Include: - 1) Replacement of worn out wooden and metallic slats providing and repair /replacing sprockets, washer, pin bush etc. as per required. 2) Alignment of motor gear box etc. scope excluding repair and rewinding of motors etc. 3) All Mechanical trouble shooting/servicing in season 2024-25 will be under vendor scope.
