A)The intending bidder shall have proven experience in providing vehicle to any utility pertaining to various PSUs, State Govt. / Central Govt./ any reputed organisations who have successfully completed at least one similar work & workdone certificate issued from competent authority shall be furnished. B)The intending bidder should have provided at least one vehicle with minimum 1 year contract during the preceding five years (ie 2020-21 2021-22 2022-23 2023-24 2024-25 and the period up to the date of submission of bid).The bidder should upload scanned copy of work order and work done certificate issued by competent authority.
The intending bidder should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of not less than Rs.12.78 Lakhs in any two years during the preceding five financial years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22,2022-23,2023-24 & 2024-25). As a proof of turnover, the bidder shall upload scanned copies of turnover certificate/ profit & loss account statements duly certified by the chartered accountant. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present level of the financial year.
The Bidders shall upload a copy of GST Registration certificate.
The Bidders shall upload a copy of IT-PAN.
