Trench size: Width-350 mm, Height-1200 mm / Sand(couhioning) :Height-250 mm, Width-350 mm /Protection: Double layer bricks. Upto 120 sq mm.

Manually digging/drilling horizontally or diagonally direction for road crossing/water supply line/Tel communication line/gas pipe line etc. including laying of 64 to 200 mm dia GI pipe direct in to the earth at a depth of min1100 mmbelow the ground surface without affecting the existing road including excavation earth for entry pit as per site condition and directio of Engineering -in-charge.

Excavation of Cable Entry pit and Laying and Commissioning of 3-phase 3-core, 6.35/11 KV, 35-240 sqmm² XLPE insulated Aluminium power cable direct below earth the road surface through 64-400 mm dia HDPE PIPE by all terrain horizontal directional drilling / digging MACHINE BOARIN across the road crossing / river crossing / cherra crossing without effecting the existing road surface at a depth of minimum 1200mm or as per site requirement of TSECL depending on approved road survey excluding supply of HDPE Pipe.

Supplying and Making Outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required Up to 150 sq mm

Providing Pre-cast cement concrete cable identification route marker(1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size)reinforced with 1.6 mm dia mild steel wire including centring and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortal 1:3(1 cement:3 fine sand) etc. complete, excluding the plastering of jambs, sills and soffits as per design, drawing and specification of TSECL. The marker shall be embossed"DANGERS:TSECL, ELECTRIC POWER CABLE" with black colour letter(both side) The visible part shall be painted with yellow colour japan paint.(1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) reinforced with 1.6 mm dia mild steel wire including centring and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3(1 cement: 3 fine sand) etc. complete, excluding the plastering of jambs, sills and soffits.

Erection of 9.0 mtrs length of Steel tubular pole at any kind of soil including excavation of earth, refilling the pit with soil upto the ground level ramming and making complete in all respect.(Will be Supplied by TSECL)

Erection of Stay set direct in earth complete with 19 mmx 1800 mm long stay rod, anchor plate of size 300 mmx 300 mmx 8 mm, thimble turn buckle, 7/3.15 mm dia G.I Standed stay wire and stain insulator etc. with supply of M.S clamp, Nuts & Bolts etc. as required and making complete in all respect.(Will be Supplied by TSECL)

Fitting fixing of coiling of HT/ LT XLPE cable in all sized in a single pole/ double pole/ four pole at the height of 5/6meter with using 2.2 to 2.8 Mtr. Long 75x40x40x6mm channel as required and fixing of cable with pole by Back Clamp before coiling (Supplied by TSECL) including the cost of Back Clamp, Nuts & Bolts. 3 nos. coiling each for In and Out going cables.

Grouting of Steel Tubular pole of ratio 1:2:4(1 cement: 2 river sand: 4 Jhama brick aggregate of 20 mm Nominal size) including supply of cement, sand and brick aggregate complete with excavation, refilling of each ramming along with centering and shuttering as required.
