Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work ,pick jumper work , jumper blasting work , soft and hard blasting ,saturated soil , including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil in all leads dewatering and or removal of slush and other incidentals , including stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and than returning the stacked soil in all thickness of layers when required into plinths side of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as required in all leads & lift in all levels including carriage and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying, mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement:four sand eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) including curing as required at site complete excluding the cost of form work but including all leads and lifts of materials in foundation and plinth and as required in all leads & lift in all levels including carriage and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble masonry uncoursed but brought to course with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including racking out joints in cement mortar 1:6 one cement:six sand including carriage of material as required in all leads & lift in all levels including carriage and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15 mm (three decimal fifteen millimeter ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30X5 mm (thirty into thirty into five millimeters)so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling & removal of same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work as required in all leads & lift in all levels including carriage and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Foundation ,footing basis of columns etc. And mass concrete as required in all leads & lift in all levels including carriage and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Columns, pillars ,posts and struts square, rectangular or polygonal in plan as required in all leads & lift in all levels including carriage and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Flat surfaces, such as soffits of the suspended floors roofs , landing and the like floors etc. up to any thickness , all as required in all leads & lift in all levels including carriage and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) curing complete mechanically mixed and vibrated excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work as required in all leads & lift in all levels including carriage and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Foundation ,footing basis of columns etc and mass concrete as required in all leads & lift in all levels including carriage and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Column , pillars , posts and structs square , rectangular or polygonal in plan as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge including carriage of material with in all leads andlifts and other incidentals' complete in all respect.

Suspended Floors , roofs , landings shelves and their supports , balconies beams ,girders, bressumers and cantilever for all floors levels , complete as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge including carriage of material with in all leads ,lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect.

Providing tor steel reinforcement of TATA or SAIL make for reinforced Cement concrete work including bending ,binding and placing in position and cost of binding wire complete for all floors including carriage of material as required in all leads & lift in all levels and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
