M&L for dismantling of compressor of 250 TR Chiller and replacement of following items including releated labour work (as required or directed by Engineer-in-charge) such as gas holding, oil drain out and refilling the same. a. Compressor Loading and unloading- 01 sub Job b. Compressor Overhauling with Slide Valve ring change - 01 sub Job c. Oil Return Filter 3/8 - 01 sub Job d. Slide Valve O Ring - 01 sub Job e. Slide Valve O Ring - 01 sub Job f. Drier Core - 04 sub Job g. Side Glass 7/8 &3/8 (each @ 1 Nos) - 01 sub Job h. Water Differential Switch – 02 sub Job j. Loading Coil Set 6650 - 01 sub Job k. Compressor Motor Winding - 01 sub Job l. DP Switch - 01 sub Job m. Pressure Transducer - 01 sub Job II. M&L for re-assembling of chamber, oil filling, head tapid cover assembly filters etc. - 01 sub Job III. M&L for overhauling, servicing and testing of complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge. - 01 sub Job IV. M&L for elect connection and testing complete for smooth running all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. - 01 sub Job Note:- I Old retrieved material shall be properties of contractor. II Contractor shall submit the photos of execution of work. III Schedule of credit for Rs. 14200/- will be deducted from Quoted Rate/Amount.
