Excavation in foundation, trenches (for pipes & pits) up to all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including blasting soft/hard rock or chiselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming & dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring/ strutting, planking, timbering wherever required, stacking the useable or unuseable material/ soil separately & after excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation returning the excavated soil after laying, jointing, testing of pipes in trenches in 15 Cm layers including consolidating of each deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining wall/breast wall, the size of plum shall usually be 150 mm to 300 mm as per HPPWD specifiction complete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

Foundation, footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete complete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10 m thicknes) including attached butteresses, pillaster plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering struting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in-situ- reinforced concrete and plain concrete in:-

Vertical surface such as wall (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillasters, butresses, etc. plinth and string course complete job in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of MS Fabricated Protection Panel 750 mm x 75 mm made with MS Angle 40x40x4 mm for frame, MS Angle 30x30x3 mm for cover, MS Flat 25x5 mm for fixing of sliding door bolt and MS Sheet 3.15 mm thick for protection of manhole covers of storage tanks including the cost of cutting and welding of MS angle, MS Flat & MS Sheet, embedding in RCC slab by drilling holes in MS angle & in RCC slab, provision for providing and fixing sliding door bolt 300x16 mm, MS Handle 100 mm, lock and applying a coat of red lead paint & painting two coat with steel paint (Firoza blue) complete job in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of 63 mm dia Hydrant including GI riser pipe (IS:1239-1990), PP Ball valve, pump connecting male, GI Elbow, GI Tee, GI Nipple, GI Female coupler, quick connect bend 63 mm (As per required of main & sub main line) and plain concrete grouting for GI Tee & Riser pipe complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying, jointing, testing and carriage of HDPE pipes of various dia in trenches to required grades as per (IS: 4984-1995) PE-80, PN-4 Kg/Cm2 latest with upto date ammendments of following OD pipes, material grade and class of pipes including all fittings like end caps, collars & cut pieces etc. complete in all respect. The jointing of pipes should be done by way of butt fusion welding as per relevant IS Code and specifications complete job in all respect in all leads & lifts as per the directions and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
