Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment including fascias, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint and loose plaster to be completely removed by skilled labour and repair of external wall/Chajjas to be done with repair mortar to get even surface including preparation of old surface of wall/ceiling by filling cracks by Berger Bison Putty / crack fill paste of Berger Paints or equivalent make and make good smoothen surface by sand paper and applying two coats of premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology ,Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance of Berger Paints Ltd or equivalent of other approved make with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9ltr(undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1ratio and 1mm thick exterior grade wall putty as per manufacture's instruction and all coats incl primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI all as specified and directed.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint and including necessary scaffolding at any height complete all as specified and directed Make: Berger Paints Weathercoat Long Life Flexo / Nerolac Paints excel Total / Asian Paint Apex Ultima. Note :-(a) The work pertaning to periodical services & water proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the material i.e.paint, distemper, cement base paint, putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by GE. (b) The contractor shall upload along with the documents under cover-I, 'Memorandum of Understanding' (MOU) with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on brick masonery surface in CM 1:4 including water proofing compound and finished the surface smooth and even W/o using extra cement

M & L 5mm thick rendering on ceiling surfaces in CM 1:3 to be finished even and smooth with extra cement complete.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern) , including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks,etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories).
