BILL OF QUANTITIES

1.0 The Bill of quantities shall be read in conjunction with the Instructions to Bidders, Conditions of

Contract, Scope of Work / Specifications.

2.0 The quantities given in the Bill of quantities are estimated quantities. The basis of payment will be the

actual quantities of work ordered and carried out, as measured by the Contractor and verified by the

Engineer / Employer and valued at the rates and prices tendered and accepted in the priced

Bill of Quantities, where applicable, and otherwise at such rates and prices as the Engineer

may fix within the terms of the Contract.

3.0 The rates and prices tendered in the priced Bill of Quantities shall include all equipment, plant,

tools (i.e. computer hardware and software), manpower, labour, supervision, overheads,

consumables, materials, erection, maintenance, testing of input material delivered, profit, taxes

and duties together with all general risks, liabilities and obligations set out and implied in the Contract

and other incidentals to comply with the requirements of technical specifications and scope of work.

4.0 The rates and prices shall be quoted entirely in Indian Currency.

5.0 The payment will be made on actual basis as per the accepted rates, terms & conditions, based

on the activities carried out, as per the work order issued by the competent authority, as and

when required and after submission of necessary data & report. 10% of the contract value will be

released on submission of final data & report and handing over the points / pillars to the

respective civil contractors or completion of Defects Liability Period mentioned Sub clause 10.1 of

SCC, whichever is earlier.

6.0 The financial bid is to be submitted online on https://gmrc.nprocure.com. The other relevant

1. Having examined the site of works and Bid Documents, comprising Instructions to Bidders, Scope of

works, Conditions of Contract, Technical Specifications / Scope of Work, Bill of Quantities I/we, the

undersigned offer to execute and complete such works and remedy any defects therein in conformity

with the said bid documents for the sum of Rs. (Rupees

to commence the work, and to complete and deliver the sections and whole of the works comprised in

3. If our Bid is accepted, we will furnish Performance Security (ies) in the form of a Bank Guarantee to be jointly

and severally bound on us, in accordance with the Conditions of Contract.

4. We agree to abide by this Bid for the period of One Hundred &eighty (180) days from the last date fixed

for Bid Submission and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any time before the expiry of

Establishing DGPS stations at an interval not more

than 2-2.5 Km with one pair at the interval of not

more than 200-250 m. The DGPS station shall be

located on concrete pillars for base static

observation 1 hrs and 0.30 hrs rover observation

(Raw data to be provided).

Closed traverse with total station 1” instrument

between DGPS to DGPS with an accuracy of

1:50000 by observing 3 set of face left and 3 set of

face right (Raw data to be provided).

Detailed Topographical Hybrid Survey using Total

Station/ DGPS & Drone along proposed route

alignment, Stations and Depot Area. The work

includes integrating the Total Station/ DGPS data

with Drone image in the background using the

Ground Control points established. Images should

be taken using 18-20 Mega Pixel high resolution

camera suffice to get final resolution of 5cm. Image

overlapping should be minimum 75% forward &

55% sideways & constant flying height (upto 60m)

to be maintained in each flight. The images must

have XYZ coordinates & rotational information &

should not be taken in zig-zag manner, which leads

to gaps in the data. Drone data shall be provided

along with RAW & processed Imagery. (All the

above needs to be carried out with adjusted

traverse/DGPS coordinates. All surface features,

ground levels and over-ground utilities shall be

taken. All building location, its shape, height within

width of 50 m from centre line on either side along

viaduct and at station location 100 m from centre

line of viaduct on either side or upto builtup line
