S&F powder coated Gl frame work for seamless ceiling/wall comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 18 to 20mm thick granite stone slab as in floor or shelves, over cooking platform,pillers,cills etc machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixtur of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding, moulding and polishing and beveling half round edges of stones laid over 15 mm thick sereed bed in CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20mm thick machine cut kota stone slab (table rubbed and polished) as in flooring/windows cill projections etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6), set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including, cutting, rubbing, grinding and mirror polishing and double moulding in steps upto desired satisfaction of Engr In Charge complete all as specfied and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames n.exc 1.5 sqm (without taking off shutter from the frame) each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of leakage of RCC water storage tank with use of concrete binding agend brush it along the cracks, hydrullic cement mixture with appropriate chemical (Dr fixit pidifine 112) or equivalent with every 50 kg bag of cement and cleaning liners including removing loose plasters/concrete and making good and all as specified and as directed.

Repair aluminium door shutter by taking down shutter from frame, opening out joints and taking down glass or particle board, replacing the corner piece & defective members, jointing again refixing the glass pane/particle board including rubber gasket etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of RCC water tanks of appx 80000 ltr capacity at roof top by removal of all loose dirt/mud,algae, vegetables and like from inside water tanks by using wire brushes, bleaching powder etc including disconnecting and refixing of pipes (if required) all as Specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scales and dirt from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipe etc for 500 ltrs capacity of tanks complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scales and dirt from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipe etc for 1000 ltrs capacity of tanks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of RCC water tanks of appx 20000 ltr capacity at roof top by ,removal of all loose dirt/mud,algae,vegetables and like from inside water tanks by using wire brushes,bleaching powder etc including disconecting and refixing of pipes (if required) all as Specified and directed.

Removing Debris/ demolished materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to outside Mod land from 5KM upto 20KM lead at approved municipal dumping ground complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Notes :- (i) Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc, hoisting, lowering and protective measures etc up to G + 6th storeys height of bldgs. (ii) All T&P required for attending the complaints shall be provided by the contractor without any extra. (iii) The cost of transportation (to and from) and necessary T&P / equipment and safety gear shall be arranged / brought by contractor to complete the job and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.
