Dismantling tiled roofing with battens, boarding etc. complete including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground Within 50metres lead

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, velleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50metres lead of: G.S. Sheet

Steel work in built up GI tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats)at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On steel work

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugsor with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fasteners hall be paid for separately),using good quality Anjili wood/jack wood

Providing and fixing paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestorywindows,30 mm thick shutters including ISI marked M.S. pressed but things bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excluding paneling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction 0f Engineer in-charge. using Anjili /Jack wood

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clere story windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S pressed but things bright finished of required size with necessary screws. Using Anjili wood/jack wood 35 mm thick shutters

Providing & fixing on roof pressed clay tile (Mangalore tile) of 20 mm nominal thickness and of approved size and as per approved pattern on steel frame work complete (steel frame work to be paid separately)

Providing & laying on roof pressed clay tile ridge (Mangalore tile) of 20 mm thickness and of approved pattern on steel frame work complete(steel frame work to be paid separately).

Laying departmental roof pressed clay tile(Mangalore tile) of 20 mm nominal thickness and of approved size and as per approved pattern on steel framework c omplete (steel frame work to be paid separately)As per12.48

Laying departmental roof pressed clay tile ridge (Mangalore tile) of 20 mm thickness and of approved pattern on steel frame work complete (steel frame work to be paid separately).As per12.49

12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:6 (1 cement:6 fine sand).

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications: Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25ltr/10 sq m over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75ltr/10 sqm

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade:Old work(one or more coats applied @0.83ltr/10sqm)

Polishing on wood work with ready made wax polish of approved brand and manufacture:Old work

Providing & fixing 30 mm thick Anjili wood planks, planed lap jointed and wire nailed to joists including all cost of materials labour charges etc complete (As per 50.9.16.2)

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make,made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks,mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and out side locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS:4454-part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 80x1.25 Mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover
