Foundaton footing beams of coloumns etc. mass concrete in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Circular columns upto floor two level in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-cahrge.
Beam cantilever, girder and lintel sides and soffits of beams haunchings cantilevers girder, bressumers and lintel not exceeding one meter in depth in all heights from floor in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor landings and the like up to 200mm thickness and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Steel work welded in built upto ssections, trusses, and framed work including cutting, hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red paint in grating, framed guards bars, ladders railing brackets and similar work in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Provision for design and drawings of the connecting bridge duly vetted by the reputed institute like NIT/IIT/PEC etc.after evaluating the safe bearing capacity of soil from reputed technical agency and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
SCHEDULE-II: C/o retaining walls to protect the existing pump houses at Malyour & Sanoti etc. under PDNA). Excavation in foundation trenches etc in earth work lift up to 1.50 mtrs stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinths,sides of foundation etc, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20 mtrs pick jumper work
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1Cement: 4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts and to the enitre satisfactionof the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete working:-
Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6graded stone aggregate) complete including the cost of form work for plain / reinforced concrete in retaining walls, as per technical specifications .
Providing weepholes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain concrete, abutment,wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending, through the full width of the structures with slopes of 1 (V):20 (H) towards drawing face complete (1 Rmt/sqmt)
Stones/ boulders filling behind the retaining wall also under floor and upstream of i/gallery/ under floor etc. in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfactionof the Engineer-in-charge.
Provision for design and drawings of the retaining walls duly vetted by the reputed institute like NIT/IIT/PEC etc.after evaluating the safe bearing capacity of soil from reputed technical agency and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
