Excavation in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work and chiselling/wedging out of hard or soft rock and disposal of all excavated earth up to any leads and lifts disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in all kind of soils such as pick work,jumper work and chiselling/wedging out of hard or soft rock up to all heights stacking the excavated soil not more then 3 meteres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cms layers,when required in to plinths, sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing off all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer -in-charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frames 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts:-

Columns, pillars, posts and struts:- Square rectangular or polygonal in plan.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand:12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying upto floor all level reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2sand:4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) to give a smooth and even surface including centring and shuttering etc. but excluding cost of reinforcement in string courses, coupings, bed plates anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying damp proof course 38 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) and curing complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Applying a coat of hot bitumen (mexphalt 80/100 or equivalent) using 1.70 kg per sqm. on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with a piece of cloth lightly soaked with kerosene oil including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4(1cement: 2sand:4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including carriage of material in all leads and lifts :- Columns, pillars, posts and struts up to all heights.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10(1cement:5sand:10graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/breast walls, the size of plum shall usually be 150mm to300mm as per the HPPWD specification including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Brick work using 2nd class common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure above plinth level up to all heights, in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand), including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (un-coursed/brought to course) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand:12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Boulder filling dry hand packed under floor etc. including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Stone filling behind retaining walls including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain reincorced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(v):20(H) towards drawings facae complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm diameter with prepainted limpet and rubber washer complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of material inn all leads and lifts:-

In beams, joists, channels, angles, tee, flats with connection plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like.

In gratings, framed guard, bars, ladders, railings, brackets and similar work.

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete inter locking tiles/paver block, vibro compacted upto M-50 grade including jointed with neat cement slurry over bed of sand filling (Sub base of concrete floor and filling to be measured and paid for separately) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. 80mm thick inter locking blocks.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give fair and smooth surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter:-Enamel paint other than white including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering up to all heights including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth including carriage of material in all leads and lifts:- Cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand)

20mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering up to all heights including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth including carriage of material in all leads and lifts:- Cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand)

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface aftr thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other forein matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surfacae complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shadae and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Extra for plastering done on moulding, cornices or archtraves including neat finish to line and level in one coat including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
