REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF AC, REFRIGERATOR, WATER COOLER AND GEYSERS AND SERVICES OF CEILING /EXHAUST FAN, WALL MOUNTED FANS, PEDESTAL FANS WITH CONNECTED ITEMS AT TECHNICAL AND RESIDENTIAL AREA AT DEAL UNDER GE (I) RND DEHRADUN

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the non-functional Air conditioner window type of any description, any make and in any position, 1.5 TR/2 TR capacity, single phase, 50 Hz, strip opening, cleaning and servicing of the AC with using caustic soda/detergent powder solution, checking serviceability of wiring & parts, painting the bottom with one coat of black synthetic enameled paint, brazing, reassembling and testing of the AC complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the existing Air conditioner Split type of any description, any make and in any position 1.5 TR/2 TR capacity, both indoor and outdoor unit single phase, strip opening , cleaning and servicing of the AC with using caustic soda/detergent solution, cleaning of suction air filter and coil of indoor unit and brazing the discharge and suction line, reassembling, fixing and testing of the AC complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (Applicable for Sch ‘A’ Item No.1.00 & 2.00). (i) Window/Split type AC's shall be taken from department on "as and where installed" basis. (ii) Window/Split type AC's are to be maintained for heating as well cooling , where this provision is in the machine. (iii) The spare parts measured & paid separately as supply only rates. Rate for fixing of spare parts (ie compressor, condensing coil, cooling coil & blower motor) under relevant items shall be included in item No.1.00 & 2.00). (iv) The contractor shall ensure and asses at the site any initial maintenance required, to make the all Window/Split type AC's in proper working condition, at the time of taking over and he shall be laible to make all listed handed over units functional. (ii) Charging of gas, if required, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. However, vacuum and pressure leakage testing with nitrogen (N2), if any required, is deemed to be included under the unit rate quoted by the contractor for this item.

Repair to existing compressor sealed unit of suitable capacity/ model in the unit properly for 1.5/2.0 TR window/Split type AC complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only new Rotory type compressor sealed unit of suitable capacity/ model in the unit properly for 1.5/2.0 TR window/Split type AC complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make : EMERSON COPELAND /L.G / HITACHI / TECUMSEH )

Supply only new condensing coil unit for window type AC of any type/ any capacity complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make : EMERSON COPELAND /L.G / HITACHI / TECUMSEH )

Supply only new condensing coil unit for Split type AC of any type/ any capacity complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make : EMERSON COPELAND /L.G / HITACHI / TECUMSEH )

Supply only blower motor including fan blade, capacitor complete suitable for split type AC 1.5 ton/2.0 ton capacity 1/8 HP, 220 Volts, single phase complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only cooling coil unit for window/ Split type AC of any type/ any capacity complet, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for charging refrigerant gas in the system of window/Split type AC of 1.5/2.0 ton capacity all as directed by the Engr-in-charge. (Note : The refrigerant gas measured and paid separately under relevant items as applicable as ‘supply only’).

M&L for replacement of unserviceable starting capacitor 80/100 MFD 230 V AC for window/Split type AC 1.5 Ton/2.0 Ton capacity/water cooler complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make : Universal/Sarda )
