STANDARDIZATION OF WOMENS COLLEGE UNDER ELECTRICAL SECTION PUTHENCHANTHA

Cleaning and levelling of transformer yard/RMU, spreading 40 mm broken stone in yard for a thickness of 10 cm above bed of 10 cm thick 6 mm broken stone, after constructing a curb wall of height 20cm above ground and 10cm below level including cost of all materials and charges for conveying, spreading, consolidating etc.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer of required color to give an even shade of as per direction of KSEBL officers at site- fencing

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade One or more coats on old work ( DSR 2018 rate )

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 12 mm thick one coat, floated hard and trowelled smooth for outside walls up to 10m height including cost of all materials and labour etc. Complete as per the standard specification and direction of Board staff.

RR with departmental stone - random rubble masonry using departmental rubble in foundation and plinth including through and bond stone and leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate with cement concrete 1: 6: 12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) up to plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size), having (M20) GRADE, in column base, columns etc upto plinth level excluding cost of centering, shuttering , finishing and reinforcement including cost of all materials watering, curing etc. as per the standard specifications and direction of Board staff. ( DSR 2018 rate )

16.20 : Welded steel wire fabric fencing with posts of specified material and of standard design placed and embedded in cement concrete block 45x45x60 cm of mix1:5:10(1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and struts embedded in cement concrete blocks 70x45x50 cm of the same mix, provided with welded steel wire fabric fixed between the posts fitted and fixed with G.I stapes on wooden plugs or tied to 6 mm barnibs with G.I binding wire (cost of posts, welded steel wire fabric, painting, earth work in excavation and concrete to be paid for separately):(cost index(c) : 1 included in Rate)

Steel reinforcement for RCC work using TMT bars including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete including conveyance charges, cost of materials, labour and sundry expenses etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge ( DSR 2018 rate )

Dismantling one Transformer (above 160kVA) from existing plinth to ground, including disconnecting HT/LT/Earth connections.

Erecting one 250kVA Transformer to existing Plinth/Platform and giving connections, including loading from TMR/SRS/other stacking place & unloading at site but excluding cost for transporting transformer.
