EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply, installation testing and comissioning of transformer step down, outdoor type complete with standard fittings and accessories step down copper wound 11KV on HT side and 433 Von LT side 3 phase 4 wire system 50Hz, AC supply of capacity 315 KVA cap (outdoor) oil immersed naturally cooled with external tubes/fins, delta connected on HT side and star connected on LT side corresponding to vector ground DYN-11 with neutral brought out separately for earthing including off load changing tap arrangements on HT windings upto +/-7.5% in three steps of +/- 2.5% each complete with first filing oil upto appropriate level , confirming to IS 1180 (part-I), losses at 50% load not more than 955 W & losses at 100 % load not more than 2750 W, two earthing terminals for body earthing and two additional for neutral brought out on a bushing, oil level gauge indicating oil level minimum and maximum marking lifting lugs, rating and terminal marking plates, breathing device which not permit ingress of rain water and insects, drain-cum-samping valve, thermometer pocket, oil filing hole with cover, Oil temperature indicator, air release device on transformer fitted with conservator, cable box end box on HT and LT side complete all as specified and directed by EiC.

M&L for providing masonry platform of size 3mtr x 3mtrx1.2 mtr high (Outer dimensions ) built with : 150mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 foundation extending 150mm on both sides of wall, wall 345mm thick of brick masonry brought to courses built in CM 1:6 , 450 mm below GL & 1200 mm above GL duly filling with approved stone aggregate of 40-63mm duly rammed, 150mm hard core over the approved earth , 75 mm PCC 1:4:8 sub base, 100 mm PCC 1:2:4 floor including rendering with 1:6 CM , 12 mm thick on all the exposed surface of brick work and platform surrounded from all sides by MS XPM (expanded metal) PVC coated of weight not less than 4Kg per Sqm, cut to size and fixed with the help of Angle iron(50x50x6mm) with height of 1.2 mtr and flat iron(40x5mm) including entry gate , drilling holes , notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets and including painting with one coats of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminum paint on MS XPM fencing , angle /flat iron, gate both side , all as specified and directed

S & F LED street light fiting 20 watts pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp, bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

S & F SFMC looping box with hinged cover weather proof with locking arrangement of size 140 x 140 x 95 mm and appropriate size of aluminium bus bar of capacity 63 amps for single phase 230 V, 50 Hz electric supply mounted on PVC insulators and fixed to pole by means of suitable MS clamp made out of Fl 40 x 3 mm, nuts, bolts and washers including cables connection complete a!I as specified and directed.

S & F 3 core PVC insulated and unsheathed unarmoured 1100 Volt grade cable 2.5 sqmm with stranded copper conductor cable drawn with necessary fixing arrengement from looping box to security light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electric supply and rtaking down old energy meter any type and size without damaging it and deposit it to MES Store complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electric supply and taking down light point such as holder, tube light fitting, fan point any type of light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electric supply and taking down fitting such as switch, piano, socket, switch socket combination, regulator any type complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down old UNSV overhead conductor any type of size complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down old UNSV LT electric pole complete all as specified and directed.

Dsconnecting and taking down old UNSV GI pipe 20 to 25mm bore pipe (for main rasing pipe lines) complete all as specified and directed.
