1. Communications Team deployment. 2. Content Conceptualisation, Design (including costs towards associated tools/ Software’s/Applications), Development, Publishing& Tracking on all digital channels of NMC. 3. Social Media Operations Management for all Social media channels on NMC Website (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn, whatsapp, Telegrams) 4. Design, Development, Deployment, Updation & Maintenance of Analytics dashboard for communication (all digital channels) 5. Infrastructure management support for all the Infrastructure that would be provided by NMC to manage various application under this contract. 6. Planning for all functions and ensuring individual KRAs 7. Managing, allocating, tracking and ensuring timely delivery of the project 8. Ensure the satisfaction of client as far as the project operations is concerned 9. Co-ordination with departments staff & HODs to collect Covid- data points/ Patient data, Containment zone, Testing data points and Tracking data points and updates etc. 10. Preparation & circulation of Data on GIS Dashboards and social Media 11. Coordinate with all municipal departments to seek content and other related approvals as per defined SOP.
