Excavation in Foundation in ordinary soil (loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 M and lead upto 50M filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and disposal of surplus earth upto a distance of 50M from centre of the foundation trenches.

Concrete with cement, coarse sand & 40 mm nominal size40 mm stone ballast in proportion of 1:5:10 in foundations including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

R.C.C. work with cement, coarse sand and 20 mm gauge stone ballast in proportion of (1:1.5:3) in Plinth Beam

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as in reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage. Bend hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured (@ 10% of Concrete)

Ist class brick work in 1:6 cement & coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

First Class brick work in 1:4cement and coarse sand mortar in super structure including necessary cutting and moulding of bricks as required and also including supply of materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work thickness of wall not be less than one brick.

12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 consisting of cement and coursesand (F.M. not less than 2.25 mm) over brick work including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Finishing wall with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied a 1.43 ltri 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied a 2.20 10 sqm)
